Staff all around were amazing. Very pleased with our stay.

Bathtub was not perfectly clean to feel comfortable enough to take a bath

The room was musky, moist and humid, you could tell the AC wasn't working properly. It was generally dirty, the lamps were covered in dust (luckily I don't have allergies), the carpet is in extreme need of replacement, as well as all the horribly overused banged up furniture. The wifi was so bad I had to put my computer on a chair by the room's door to get a signal, and it still kept cutting out. The staff was nice, but that only constitutes 15 minutes out of 16 hours. I know it's not necessarily an issue with the hotel itself, but the people next to me were so loud, banging on their door, slamming drawers, etc.

Clean and friendly people

This Days Inn is like my second home and many of the staff are like family. I am now on my third day in a row and new staff member , Amy, gets kudos! She learned my room was not cooling properly and had a malfunctioning bath/shower that would drastically change temperature while the water was running. While I was away for a few hours yesterday, Amy sprang into action, spoke with her supervisor, Mohammed. The two of them offered and provided me a different room thst has been very accommodating. On my last stay, however, a few weeks ago here, and again this stay, I received candy from the vending machine that was melting when I got the bar from the machine. I reported it last time and again this time around. I have lost just 6 dollars, but along with two days ago with the room conditions, including the bathroom, I am hoping the general manager will offer me a FREE night? This hotel is under new management and while there are a few holdovers from my many experiences here in the past couple years----Kim and Donna are still always AMAZING----the new team will have to strive harder for the superior customer service experience I have come to expect and appreciate in Englewood, Ohio! ⁹

Very old, shady place. Not good for families.

The staff was very nice.i wish the place had a pool.One of the two rooms we were in had a defective phone.and the air conditioner was not plugged in.had to wait to cool the room after we plugged air conditioner in. The rooms were generally clean.But areas close to the walls needed cleaning.crevis tool on a vacuum needed.door on cabinet under microwave needed wiped off.liie I said,room was "generally clean" but it really needed a better cleaning once in a while.needing to go down a few floors for vending machines was inconvenient..as well as snack machine not taking cards.a swimming pool would be nice.rhe orange juice and apple juice machine didn't work correctly.attendent was helpful but machine was not working.A guest was smoking weed ...this of course is not managements fault,but it was both annoying and unpleasant. Overall place was a decent place to stay for the two nights I was there.

Over night work trip. Close to my job site. Food close, overall it’s an ok stay hotel. Could use some upgrading in the rooms.

Our stay was very unpleasant. Our door did not work properly. Every time we would have to open it. We had to ram it open. We told the ppl at the front desk and nothing was done about. No changes in another room to accommodate us. Nothing. The room was very dusty. Not clean what so ever. They was a large stain in the freeze. The room smelled awful. This was a very awful experience with this hotel. Will not book again or stay here.

We were traveling and only needed the hotel for a quick night of sleep. While the hotel was old it was clean and the bedding/linens were fresh clean and smelled like gain. The breakfast was good and my boys loved the biscuits and gravy. The AC worked well and we got a good nights rest.

I was very disappointed with the outdated conditions of my room. The ripped up mattress cover should have had a bed skirt or, at least hide the old worn bed foundation. The furniture was very scarred up and too crowded for the room. Housekeeping slamming doors very early in the morning.

We had a bit of a rough stay. The hotel is getting older but it was very sweet. Our tv remote wasnt working but the desk clerk jumped through hoops to make it better. Turned out ok.

Friendly staff. Good price. Hotel needs an update , our bathroom had tile coming away from the wall. Old , damp carpet.

Reserved a room due to 8.6 rating. I don’t know HOW they got this rating. It is a 6 at best. No a/c, changed rooms, door wouldn’t open. Desk clerk told me to turn handle UP instead of down. Box springs wrapped in a mattress bag. No bed skirt. Old beat up furniture. Mildew on bathroom tile. PAINT peeling off the BATHTUB. Lamp base rusting. I will never book a DAYS INN again, no matter what the rating. Where did the 10/10 ratings come from?
