Days Inn by Wyndham San Diego Vista

I been here alot never had issue till today,they gave me a dirty room. There were still cleaning suppy left behind.the remote control was dirt it had hairs on it..out side the area lots of tweakers goint in and out of the hotel.talking loud all nights. Doing mechanic work on al vehicle. All bad

location was great for on/off freeway. older building, run down. Picture of property on-line is always better, then in reality. this was a place for displaced homeless people, who had no respect for others. Loud- yelling, dogs, slamming doors, cursing, took up prime parking spots for $$$guests. Kept being woken up both nights by several inconsiderate individuals. I feel I should be compensated for the highly in convenience of the rude individuals outside, and even those next door to my room! Staff was great! I believe I saw very few actual paying guests, more less-unfortunate individuals...

I’m 34 so I should know by now that pictures are very deceiving. I should have just known from the price. Smart tv in the room with the most basic remote with no “menu” button. So I start to scroll the channels. There is news stations for every single city in America on this tv. I call to maybe get another remote or find out how to get to the guide channel. They told me there’s a button on the remote. I told her there’s not. We go back and forth a few times with her just telling me “I guess you’re out of luck” I finally ask for some type of compensation for the inconvenience and she finally says I can give you $25 off your stay so I say absolutely and she was very quick to get off the phone. Doors aren’t sealed properly nor do they shut without a little force and turning the knob so it actually catches. Luckily before I put it on my body I could smell the towel that I almost used. It smelled like it had recently been used to clean up vomit then sent through the wash to be cleaned. 1 wash cloth for a reservation with 2 guests. My grandma was sick and there’s not very many options in this city and we needed something quick. We will never be back to this crappy place.

Very convenient, reasonably priced and pet friendly. Maybe a bit shabby. We always stay here when we are in Vista.

We would not stay there again. Very dirty and the smell of smoke was unbearable. We ended up buying an odor remover and even that did not help.

Property needed a lot of TLC (tender love and care) for much needed renovations and cleaning at the least. The room was outdated and the not exactly as advertised in photos. The vinyl base boards were peeling off. The bed was made but sheets were washed covered with stained spots. The walls had stains spots and the lighting was limited other than window lighting for the room.

The room was dirty and I saw multiple bugs. Terrible service there. The wifi was super slow. And there are alot of shady people there.

Elevator is accessed outside of the buildings and room key not required for access. Urine smell in the elevator on all days of stay and elevator turned off on the day of checkout, we were on the 3rd floor. The continental breakfast was from a very poor continent, it consisted of coffee, cereal, bagels and toast.

Friendly staff and easy check in

To many people using drugs and fighting outside with dogs barking the whole night and people outside do drug deals outside more door. Would not stay there again. Wish i can get a refund for not sleeping at all.

Getting a room here is like paying to stay at a homeless encampment with amenities. Although the rooms are clean, the people who live here are loud and obnoxious. Smoking weed on the balconies, hanging out in the parking lots, and even fighting right outside my room.

It was okay.

Clean enough. But there we're a few bums hanging in the parking lot.

FOUND ROACHES in one of the two rooms BOOKED! No call to handle the issue. I SLEPT WITH ROACHES!!! HORRIBLE Room and Follow-up Service

Easy access to freeway

Remove statement “coffee pot in room” from website advertising if you are not going to provide one. Prevent homeless people from smoking outside of bottom story rooms at all hours of the day and night.

fantastic service and facility

Super clean, newly renovated rooms…lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Needs more trash bins, they’re overflowing every night. No smoking signs are posted everywhere, but people are smoking all night every night. I didn’t see any security guards. Front desk staff was very helpful.
