Economy Hotel Wichita- Florence St.

When I first got there, I was a little worried. Looked a little shady. But the ladies behind the desk were amazing, very friendly. A little dated but for the value, you can't beat it. The customer service made my experience. Thanks

What I liked was the friendly, understanding staff. They tried to accommodate me above & beyond, some of which I turned down like moving to a different room, or when my lock to the door didn't work, they looked at it right away & even though they themselves fixed it, they still put a work order in to make sure to check it out. The couple of things I didn't like was was the air conditioning/heater wasn't working properly, that & the shower the water pressure sucked. At times I couldn't get any hot water but it was prime time too, so everyone checking in & getting in I'm sure lots of showers were being utilized. The other thing is they allow pets but none of the guest pick up their dog poop poop so not only does it look disgusting & get a whiff now & then if you park in the wrong spot you will have a trail of dog piss on your tires, thank God Charlie's car wash is right next door. But if you don't park in the path or on dog poop poo trail you should be ok. I like dog but I don't like dog piss on my freshly washed van. Other than than the area it has lots of restaurant options that are in walking distance & if you want more options they aren't far away. Not for sure if they provide a fan for your stay, if you like that you might bring your own. No ice machine either but do almost sure I seen a work out room on property, but just the door, I didn't use the accomodations.

The management was rude. People drunk fighting till 5 am. Property dirty, and it smells like old dope, which I can't stand. They infringe on your privacy. Management . Dog fights . I was afraid to take mine out. People sitting in their cars all night banging on doors all night. It was aweful. Need new management. on door at 4 am. No probl

I booked a none smoking room and they gave me the room full of smokes, bed sheets dirty and next door tenant were dancing with loud music. There was no one at front desk to handle the case. I didn't sleep that night at all

Needed a place to sleep after work so I booked a room due to the affordability and it was close by. Check in was easy and friendly. Parking was easy had no issues with finding a spot. It was quiet, not a whole lot going on in the area. Hot water and decent pressure for a shower and a comfortable bed to sleep on. I would book another stay.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are flexible with their check ins and most value for the money especially lower income.

Nothing worked at the Hotel, we had gotten it at the discount price, but we could have saved another $5 a night, and had a tv, phone, towels and a few other things at another motel

The bed was uncomfortable and some one above me played loud music all night long didn't get any sleep

The bed sheets were dirty. The clerk did give us a change of sheets so that WE could change our bed. These seemed clean. It was the middle of the night and we had just driven all day, so we slept. Mold (a lot) in the nightstand drawer; don't put anything in there! Towels, but no washcloths. Tire track marks on the wall (motorcycle??). No breakfast accommodations, but then I don't think I would want to eat there! We did see that at least the police know how to find the place (don't know what for; did not see anyone taken away). Did have electricity, running hot and cold water and WiFi.

It was not the hotel that i booked. Never even went in. Paid for the room and never got a refu d for not staying.

The hotel was filthy, very scary individuals hanging around and staying at the hotel. Did not feel at all comfortable walking anywhere outside. Noise ALL night long. We had no hand soap, the towels were old and grundgy. Water went out about 6 p.m. and did no go back on until approximately 8:30....very bad experience all around

Did not have clean clean room ready have to wait over a hour management is on some power trip like they own the hotel tried to refuse room told me go get refunded from hotel.comm had to Go to the owner of the hotel will never stay again
