It is an old hotel, but the rooms were nice clean spacious. Parking structure was almost full when we got there so that was a struggle.

Well, we got stuck in one of there elevators for awhile… had to call the front desk then security so they could send someone (no compensation given just the run around). Rooms comfortable, pool quite small for how many rooms they have so it was packed.

My score was solely based on the room. Did not get what was advertised in the pictures of a small sofa couch for the room and we did not have AC until a mechanic was available to come. Room was 80 for 2 hours. Bathroom separate section with the toilet and tub had water on the floor already upon arrival. Too tired to request another room and dealt with it but the shower was not safe. No slip guard on shower floor and curtain did not keep water in.

Bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet. Wished I had a better view, I had a view of the Silver Legacy ball. I ordered room service and it showed earlier than it was supposed which was awesome. Overall I had a great experience.

I like the overall access through all 3 casinos, the food choices were good. The parking was easy and access to vehicle was good.
The room was comfortable but dated, the elevators were dingy, restrooms were spaced out too far. outside is dingy older looking.

Been onest I was not impressed is an old hotel needs a remodel, cleanliness is ok, specifically my room had a really bad smell in the bathroom like old rags. I think it is unsafe all the surrounds because there is a lot of homeless on the streets. I have been there several times and each time gets a little worse.

This is my first time staying at the Eldorado for the Wing Festival and I did not have the best experience. The bed sheets were dirty, one of the couch pillows had lipstick stains all over it, and the room smelt sooo bad (cigarettes) and what was even worse was I was not able to open up the windows to air out the room (No access or ability to open the windows). I did reserve a smoking room, but I didn’t know it would smell so bad. I had to leave early because I couldn’t sleep with the smell. It gave me a bad headache. I departed at 3AM and drove all the way back home to Sacramento which was about a 2 hour drive. I didn’t realize how scary the drive would be either because the roads were extremely dark. Just glad I was able to get home safely.
