It was a neighborhood casino and hotel. The hotel was very reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was acceptable for most uses, but I had to work remotely, so I traveled with my own Wi-Fi hotspot. The signal was super fast, unlike in some of the strip hotels. I also appreciate that they don't block the HDMI ports on the TV, and they even include a button on the remote to change inputs. I always bring a streaming device with me, but I can't always use it in some hotels. They have an onsite brewery, and the restaurant has exceptional barbecue.

Clean, quiet, nicely maintained, close to Sphere, and the Tuscany which is important if you’re a Deadhead and there for the shows and Shakedown. Also has the best 24/7 food at the Village Pub in their casino next door. Super nice brewery with a massive screen TV. Rooms remind me of a nice Super 8, because I think it use to be a Super 8. Beds were soft. The 1st floor handicap accessible/ADC rooms are great with a walk in shower and lots of handles. Highly recommend this place 10/10.

There is no reason to stay here. Staff was rude. We dropped our stay down to one night and switched hotels. For significantly cheaper I was able to stay at a way, way nicer hotel near by. I promise you can do way better.

Over all the property provides a decent stay. Options for dining are various and reasonable. The gaming along with their players card incentives are above par, and give new players great benefits from day one. The rooms I found were a bit uncomfortable. The beds were lumpy, and a bit stiff. The bathroom in one room was a bit tight and made it uncomfortable to use the tub or toilet. There just wasn't enough room between the toilet and tub. On the other hand, one of the rooms was handicap accessible and very accommodating for showering and use of the rest of the facilities.

I just wouldn’t stay here again. First, they did not have a full compliment of staff on for check-in. There was a huge line, which is normal for Vegas, but check-in stations were open and there were staff doing other things. I realize check in isn’t their only job but maybe it is right at 3pm? The elevator wasn’t working during our 4 night stay. We asked for a room on the first floor and you should to if you’re staying here soon. The hot tub never worked while we were there and always had yellow tape around it. On another note, in this day and age, hotels usually supply microwaves as standard in the room. While they had microwaves, you had to rent them per night and then they delivered/picked it up. First time we’ve ever seen that. Lastly, the clerks at the front desk were either awesome, helpful, and friendly or they were surly, at best. It seemed a 50-50 shot which one it would be.

Needs updated. No extra lock on door. Refrigerator was barely cold. Beds are ok. Pillows are small and lumpy. Had to wait 4 hrs to check in.

The hotel was dirty and in serious need of repair. Staff was nice. Resort fee is a joke because it is far from a resort. Casino is decent—will be better after their remodel.

When checked in - elevator and hot tub were not working, 3 days later - still not working. I ran a marathon and wanted to extend our stay by one day. The hotel charged me the resort fee of $75 twice, as a result. Even though we stayed in the same room. They think they are a resort. During 3 days stay no towels were changed or anything. My legs hurt terribly after the race, and I showed my ID to hotel stuff but asked if my husband could go sign papers at the front desk for the additional day instead of me. No, the hotel receptionist threatened to throw us out if I don't make it to the front desk to sign papers in person. Overall - terrible service, zero customer accommodation, broken things. And one more thing - no sink in the bathroom. You either have to exit bathroom to wash hands or use a tub faucet. We will never ever ever recommend this hotel to anyone, though it was rather in convenient location to our purposes. Terrible is the only word coming to mind. Don't go there. Consider yourselves warned.
