Great customer service. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was awesome! And free happy hour was an added plus. The only negative was our city view was a bust. It was a view of the rooftop. Everything else was 5 stars!

Overall, my experience was two thumbs 👍.
The room was clean but unfortunately the view to the Olympic Park was blocked by trees (park view room was reserved). Location, location, location was a +++ for me and this hotel met that. Breakfast was ok and the evening snack reception got boring after the second night, need to change things up.

Parking is expensive though, so look around for other options. I parked in another parkade.

I loved how close it was to State Farm Arena. Google said it was a 6 minute walk, but it was more like 3 minutes. The only bad thing was breakfast, the food was overcooked and cold. Maybe add a few microwaves and more smaller tables. It was uncomfortable sitting with people that we didn't know. The coffee was awful as well, good thing Starbucks was right there! We would come back again, just would eat the breakfast.
