Our room did not get cleaned until we asked and even then, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The wall mounted shampoo and conditioner was out and I requested more, I was handed 2 bottles instead of it being installed on the wall mount. The only day we could use the pool, it was closed. A ceiling panel fell open in our room and no one came to fix it even after I asked them to. The valet parking was $40 a day but I received texts asking for tips every time they move my car. After taxes and fees, I paid $600 per night. I expected more.

We had a good time there. The hotel is a good option to relax, great breakfast , and we enjoy the front beach and pool. I have one negative point only. I was expecting an ocean view from my room (According to the pictures that I saw in the Expedia app when I was booking my trip). However, we stayed at a room with no ocean view from my balcony. When I was checking in on the front desk, I tried to explain that for the attendant, but she was not very pleased to hear me. Overall, it’s a good hotel.

I paid for ocean front balcony and they first put me in a side room on first floor, I tried to explain to the woman that I paid for oceanfront balcony and she said all rooms were taken. I go back to the room to look and saw there was no ocean view then I had to waste my time to explain this is not what I paid for they moved us to an ocean from room despite lying that they had none the room was not the room we wanted but it was better than the first so we settled but I am not that happy about this. A very dishonest and disappointing experience

My family and I stayed for two nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel was very nice - we enjoyed the pool and beach. Staff was friendly and attentive. My granddaughter got a bad burn on her feet from the hot sand on the beach so wear footwear while on the beach. Hotel staff provided bandages and salve. Very helpful! We also loved the comfy chairs and fire ‘pits’ at night on the patio. Great ocean breezes after a hot July day.

Amazing beach stay for the family. They told me on the drive home they want to stay at the exact same place again next year, and this was the best place we've stayed on our annual beach trip.
Everything was clean. The room we stayed in was spacious, and we didn't feel packed in like sardines with other guests like we have at other beach hotels in the area. All the employees were super nice and helpful. Food was great. 10/10 on our books. We'll be back!

The best thing about the property is the location. Its right on the beach, with downtown St. Augustine a very short trip away. The hotel is on the Trolley Tour stop which makes time in the Old Town easy and convenient for a reasonable fee. The worst thing about the property is the mandatory valet parking!!!

Management, directors and front desk staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I noticed the cleanliness in the courtyard and around the pool has improved greatly since last year. The bartenders are awesome and friendly.

Lovely resort like atmosphere. Delicious breakfasts, all bartenders were great! Young men & women adjusting rented umbrellas were consistent & polite. One young lady at the desk was offended when another desk attendant stopped her from looking at social media while I was asking about my misplaced debit card…unprofessional & no matter how many times she referred to me as “mam” afterwards, not okay! Toilet ran non stop but in all fairness we didn’t call the front desk as housekeeping seemed to adjust each morning. Not thrilled with parking charge of $40 a day, but definitely stay there again.
