My family of 4 enjoyed our stay! The included breakfast was outstanding! The staff was always pleasant! However, there were wet children running up & down the hallway outside of our room, coming & going from the pool. The floor in front of and inside the elevators was always wet.

All of the above lovely staff very helpful and friendly. I was visiting with my niece who was in San Francisco for business. She also liked it. When you are female traveling alone and working safely and quiet are important

Had trouble checking in as room wasn’t available in the anfternoon and when when we checked in after 11 pm it required some manager approval and a lengthy delay. The metal frame in the sofa bed was broken and couldn’t use so threw mattress on the ground. Sheets in sofa bed had bugs in them. Very expensive for this kind of experience.

I feel I was misled in the add, it said total fees, then I was charged for parking on the premises, why should we be charged for parking? Then you add all kinds of taxes. Then for 352.00 the heater did not work and we were given a 5.00 portable mouse heater.
On top of this the menu for the restaurant has no Asian food of any kind and the desert menu has no ice cream , what the heck no ice cream only tree kinds of cakes . Ridiculous ….

My day was good. The only downside is that the adults was coming into the pool when it was time for the kids and I didn’t like that because my one-year-old didn’t get to enjoy the pool because there were so many adults in the pool at the time where it should’ve been kids time. Also, the poor water didn’t look clean. It was really dark and cloudy along with the Jacuzzi as well and no towels there was no towels being replenished.

It is the best place to stay in South San Francisco especially if you have kids. They offer happy hour, good selection make to order breakfast buffet amd have a warm indoor pool.
