Always amazing ive stayed here maybe 20 times this year would like a complimentary night but thats up to yall not me , hotel is nice and tucked away me and my wife love it there

The front desk was ALWAYS EMPTY! I don’t expect 24hour availability but at least have someone to talk to but someone was always there on Day shift. I also was charged a pet fee of 50 bucks and he was a service dog. I’d like to get my 50 bucks back.

We needed a place to stay while we had some repairs done to our house. I have not stayed at an Extended Stay before. My next comments are strictly observations: 1) I am aware there are folks who essentially live in the hotel; 2) I personally have not stayed in an Extended Stay; 3) was not provided a check-in packet or received any information regarding housekeeping or trash collection. I understand that this is available on the website, but generally front desk staff ask if you’ve stayed at their hotel before and if not, can give you a quick summary of services. Overall, the hotel fit our needs for temporary lodging.
