voco FIORELLO - LAGUARDIA EAST by IHG, an IHG Hotel

If you have an allergy to shellfish do not stay here. This place has 3 levels of restaurants that are attached to the hotel. The hotel has a heavy order of shellfish and the air is concentrated. I almost passed out being in there for only a few minutes. I could not stay here.

My family flew 10 hours from Italy. Hotel was not clear to us on airport shuttle. They ONLY do that for Laguardia, NOT JFK, even though it shows on the Hotel.com Ad and mentioned to the front desk previous to our arrival that we were coming into JFK... So beware. Not fun getting cabs at 11pm. Good breakfast, but you pay for that.

Overall, the room was really lovely with height ceilings and very comfortable bed. Check in was relatively easy, and checkout was great because it was noon, much later than other places The location of this hotel is odd. It’s located within a building that has restaurants, but the restaurants are not associated with the hotel. The roof top restaurant staff in general was not as jovial and happy as the hotel staff. however, the view from the rooftop restaurant was incredible. A disappointment was that there was only coffee and no tea available in the room. You can hear everything in the hallway In the future, I don’t think I would necessarily stay here again I picked it because it was cheaper than the place. I normally stay at. And I realized why.

Great Place, Location and clean.

I booked this hotel just for the airport shuttle. We checked in and were told to come to the lobby at 6:15 the next morning for the shuttle to LGA. We watched the desk attendant write our name on a list with that time. We got down there at 6:10 and were told the shuttle was full and another wouldn't come for 40 minutes or so, which would have put us at risk of missing our flight. Then three adults who showed up behind us and got on the shuttle no problem, while we're a family of 4 with 2 kids. Made no sense and we ended up having to pay for an Uber to the Airport in addition to paying for a pricey night at a hotel that didn't provide the service we booked for in the first place. If you're booking this hotel for LGA shutttle service, I'd advise against it.

Traveled to Queens for my son’s college graduation. First time staying in Queens and was pleasantly surprised. Super clean. Staff is amazing and super knowledgeable!

This hotel is clean, neighborhood is safe and it offers a variety of onsite dining.

We would stay again the next time we go to NYC

The hotel advertises free airport shuttle, but they DO NOT have the shuttle from JFK Airport. When we complain about that, the front desk staff did not care about that.

Amazing property with fantastic amenities! We had a few minor issues that were fixed and addressed immediately! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful for us NY newbies! We will definitely be back to stay!

Hotel is good and service is good but I don’t like that city view only possible when you are going to pay for dinning and dinning is costly. Roof should be open for guests because they are already paying you for stay.

My family had a lovely stay. Close to the airport with a luxury sprinter bus shuttle included. The staff were very friendly and the rooftop breakfast was fabulous! Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and spacious. Loved the access to restaurants in the same building. Buses and trains weren't far. The staff was professional and greeted us with a smile everytime. Parking was great and cheap. Will definately come back to this hotel.

It was great they were able to help us get a room when our flight got cancelled. And it wasn’t too far from the LaGuardia airport.

Awesome property, got some great lunch nearby too and the hotel staff was awesome!

Cityview rooftop bar was awesome. Bar stock had everything.

The front counter staff was exceptional. Especially, Douglas. He goes over and beyond for the guests.

I will stay again
