Honestly, we had an amazing time. The hotel offers many great resources, such as the pool, adult pool, gym, Iv Drip and my favorite, the refreshing room. The food options are all great too. The staff was fun and friendly. The only thing was the beds, need upgraded mattresses, and the fans by the balcony gotta go, try to build over them with better views and balcony. The outdoor service was great with the bars, food, and most important chairs. Cheers great place.

Very good resort with ample number of pools and jacuzzi. The water was maintained warm in the pool. Very easy access to beach.
Given that there are no restaurants nearby, they can make the coffee shops and breakfast areas well staffed within the resort. In the morning it takes about 30-45 minutes to get a coffee and croissant.

This hotel was horrible I was locked out of my room waited 45 min for security my room was never cleaned but once in my 4 days stay ! Because of waiting for security we needed to change the diaper and he got a rash now !

Staff was excellent- especially at the beach & pool. Decor in the building was beautiful. The hallways to the rooms were a bit beatup from wear & tear and the hallways were sometimes messy - handprints, crumbs etc. Also elevators were being worked on frequently- which created delays. Despite that I would definitely stay here again. Location is wonderful, beach gorgeous and plenty of dining options. Gym was clean & they had outdoor crossfit workouts in the morning.
There are free trolleys that go to South Beach & bike rentals.

This property is top of the line. Everything is beautiful with so many pools and restaurants. I will say the amenities are super high standard and the employees are very helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate.
Very Miami style and definitely will recommend to stay here to enjoy the luxury hotel.

We reserved a bayview balcony room & were assigned a room within the old Versailles tower. Our first room had a large leak & was absolutely filthy. The carpets were soaking wet. It was very obvious that not even a vacuum cleaner had been run between guests. Stickers with hair were stuck to the bathroom walls! Since the hotel was at max capacity we were told our only recourse was moving to another room within the same tower. While it was a bit cleaner, it remained well below the standards presented online. We requested to speak with a manager and were told someone would call but no one ever followed up. Lines at the front desk were long. We were frustrated and disappointed but decided against spending more time dealing with the issue during an already short family trip for Easter. While I can't speak for the other hotel towers, it's very clear that the Versailles tower is in disrepair and well below the standards of a 5 star hotel. Still waiting to hear back from guest relations/management regarding our experience.

The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I was very disappointed at the lack of pool n beach chairs. I lost one full day in the sun because no chairs and towels available. Also the beach n pool were very crowded. I was there from 4/17-21/25 and do not think I will go there again. To have to get up early to be at the beach at 8:30am to guarantee I will get beach chairs n towels is very disappointing.

Dear Guest(s),
Please be aware that this property is very large, reminiscent of a resort outside of the United States. As a result, you should expect long lines at the restaurants, as there is only one breakfast spot for the entire resort.
There are children running around unattended at all hours, including kids sleeping in the lobby who appear to be inebriated from the nightclub attached to the hotel. Additionally, the Uber and transportation spots are inconveniently located.
In my opinion, this is not a 5-star hotel. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms are exceptionally small. I would not recommend staying here unless you are in the 21-30 age range. The pool area is very crowded, and the customer service at the pool is poor. We had to pay an additional $500 to access the adult pool to get a chair to lay out on.
I would advise staying away from this hotel.
