Everything went well. Fridge worked but poorly, freezer worked great, I made the personnel aware of an issue they were willing to accommodate and send a repair man out right, I told them it was fine and to get it fixed after I leave. Overall great property, great amenities, definitely a 5*!

The area is great and the unit itself is nice. The bed linens had multiple stains all over them. The towels were still wet. Tried to rewash the linens and towels but washer machine was not working.

The property was nice, but communication with global customer service was not good I txt and called and did not get a reply back.. there was one key which would have been fine but did not work to get me up the elevator.. which the key is how u get up and done the elevator. Had to ask front fest to let me up everytime I left and I was on the 19th floor.

Apartment was comfortable enough for 4, but we were 5, and even though it says sleeps 5, there was no bed for the 5th person. I had to buy an inflatable bed plus linen and all required for my daughter to sleep in. Elevators were a disaster, out of 4 never more then 1 or sometimes 2 only work, sometimes you must wait about 20’ for a lift and then push to get in with another 20 people. The 8th floor pool area even though nice layout, was a little abandoned, marks on seats, sofas, roaches, and 1 out of the 4 grills only worked. Parking was an extra 20 usd a day and we were not advised, no balcony as shown on pictures, 3 out of the 4 chairs were broken, iron broken, ironing board was broken, the cleaning of the apartment had a lot left to be desired, my wife had to do a thorough cleaning as soon as we moved in, even though they said they did it, and they said that was the reason for giving us the apartment 3.5 hours late!, we could only checkin around 1900 hours, (7pm). Also the pool area sometimes is overcrowded with people, guests or residents that bring lots of children to enjoy our amenities, making it impossible for residents to enjoy. It is not a cheap building, actually prices are rather high and you expect a little more for that.communication with rental property, (third party), very very bad….

The apartment was amazing! But it's a furnished apartment in a 21 floor building. Was very confused on where to park and where to go to get our keys, then because it's actual apartments there are no carts to bring your stuff up or down, and there was only 1 elevator working out of 4, so you can imagine how hard that was to bring all our stuff up, the elevator was full everytime it got to us and I wasn't carrying stuff up 10 flights of stairs! It took like 2 hours to get our stuff up to the apartment and most of that was waiting for the elevator. Once that was out of the way, it was good, the apartment was really nice, the lounge areas and pools were really nice also. The power went out for a little bit the one day and wasn't sure who to call about it. Have to pay $20 each day to park, and make sure you go in retail parking, not residential (though since we were staying there, I think parking should be included, isn't there a way to get a guest pass?) If you leave though, you have to get another ticket for parking each time you return. My kids really enjoyed the lounge areas, but it was actually too cold to go swimming.Then we had to go through everything again when checking out,trying to get the elevator without the fob, that we had to leave on the counter, the concierge made some of my party walk instead of just using their fob to help us get down to our car.They had luggage and two babies,it was a toll on them to have to walk down stairs and then the garage! Unprofessional!

I messaged the property manager and did not get a response. I understand can be missed when the unit is cleaned, but I expected a response to my message. Another note would be that you need to bring your own towels for the pool.

Fist of all let me say this property has nothing to do with the apartment rentals the actual apartment complex employees are good people and helpful now let’s talk about the actual apartment I rented through hotels.com first off when I got there the towels were stained and I never received new ones second the ac never worked and no one ever came to fix it then the lat day I was there the key fob stopped working and I couldn’t get in my apartment since the property isn’t directly related to the apartment I couldn’t get any help getting in and we’ll just skip over the fact that I got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes all and all it was a nightmare

As other guess have mentioned. Thry should offer more towels etc but still no one listened. I dint use the same rag for days. I use a new rag daily so this was a serious let down. The cleaner is Hispanic so the use fabulous was loud and made the floors slippery and not as clean to white socks test as well slippery. Didjt like that at all considering the recalls to that cleaner recently. Plus its not environmental sound porduct to use. I was scared to walk bear footed around for fear of allergic reactions or absorbing chemicals for Im 47 TTC and have to be extra careful to disruptors to my system.

The individuals at the front desk are great. Very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, this was not a good experience. Customer service from Global is awful. Do not answer phones or return voicemail. Took >24 hours into the stay to respond via email. Internet was down, hair all over the shower, and did not leave a complimentary pod for laundry (this apartment may not offer that, but I stayed 2 months ago and the other did). Good location, friendly onsite concierge, just the Global aspect is terrible.

The 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. However, the chairs for the kitchen room table and the desk were cheap and flimsy; they need to put sturdier chairs to prevent someone from falling/injuring themselves when sitting in the chairs. The air conditioner worked, but did not cool the bedrooms; we were unable to check the vents to see if they were open or not because the vent location was too high up on the wall. Also, our first day there, we got stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire department. However, on a positive note, the location is great, the apartment was very nice and comfortable. My family and I would stay again!

Went for a funeral the room was overwhelmed with cleaning fumes 2 elevators worked and stopped at ever level we were on 19 for the first Day the second day all elevators were down and had to walk down 19 flights with all my luggage
