I booked this room on Expedia. Was never notified that the hotel was going to hold a $250 fee on my debit card because I’m a resident of New Mexico, The refrigerator in the room would not get cold, no microwaves, the air conditioner made a horrible loud sound, there was old used coffee left in coffee pot, and someone had left their eye lashes on the floor in the room. Was definitely disappointed!! But breakfast was ok!!!

Convenient stay but overall comfort was good, the only thing is that it’s by some abandon hotel that gives the area a sketchy vibe but I enjoyed my stay.

They never took out our trash and I did ask the front desk for everyday service and I was told we do not service stay over until they leave. I was there for four days and they never took out my trash and didn’t give me clean linens the entire time I was there. They never put toilet paper back. So when I can in at 10:30 at night the called the front desk to bring me a roll she said YOU have to come down and get it yourself!! This didn’t go well with me at all.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Overall, just an average place to stay when traveling through Albuquerque, arriving late and leaving early. Price was my main consideration when searching for a place to stay overnight. I was glad there was breakfast included but we needed to leave by 7:15am and the food wasn't all ready, one guy was still trying to get it all done so we had to go on without eating. The bed was comfortable enough, and cleanliness was sufficient.

We arrived late at night after driving through wintery weather. We needed a place tk sleep and rest after an almost 9 hour drive. I was grateful we had the room but after waking up and noticing the state the room was in, we decided to find another hotel. Bathroom had visible mold, room had a smell of mold, wet carpet and smoke. My daughter has terrible allergies so we had to get out. I appreciate that hotel only charged us for 1 night instead of the 2 we had reserved a month early!
The area is very sketchy but still think the room is worse.
