Staffs were nice but extra charge not sure why

Very clean, great service, awesome bar!

Been to this property 3x now and on the third trip they want to tell me they're charging me for parking. Not once previously was I charged or so I thought. Checked my previous credit card steamer statements and I have been getting charged. Something no one mentioned while I was checking in until the third time. $20 to park! It's cheaper parking in the lot in front of them. Also, the room's hot water was limited to how hot you could have it. If you like taking semi hot showers, this is the hotel for you. On a positive note, it's close to a lot of restaurants, and has a free breakfast.

We checked into our room and left to go to our friends room. When we were walking by our room door was open and a man was standing in there. He says he was doing maintenance to our cable. I don’t understand why the front desk wouldn’t have mentioned that. We had just checked in not long before this happened I understand that things come up but I would’ve liked to been prepared. I left my purse out in plain sight which I would not have if I knew someone would be letting themselves into our room. Also the AC stopped working during the night.

Within walking distance to restaurants and MVP Arena, a really excellent convenience, but the parking, at the hotel, is bad. $20 a night for valet parking, which is just a desk person moving an orange cone, and showing you a spot to park in. If you’re there for a weekend, on street parking is free after 5pm Friday-Sunday, but finding a spot is not an easy task, you gotta be quick and ready when a spot comes open. Other than the parking issues, we would definitely stay there again!

The room was super spacious. Loved the pullout couch. Breakfast had excellent assortment of hot foods and breads fruit etc

Close to MVP

The front desk woman was kind but the lack of flexibility that the facility had with changing my room was frustrating. even though I tried changing my room days in advance before my stay. parking was an absolute nightmare as well d/t construction in the parking lot. that was once i could find the parking lot because it had no signage that it was for the hotel.

It was a good stay. Very good breakfast. Pleasant staf, good security measures and quiet atmosphere.

The staff was friendly. It was close to restaurants and river.

Staff was excellent. Helpful, friendly, efficient. Room was ridiculous. Huge, barren, cold. Main complaint was price. $458 per night. Should have been in the $250K range at best.

Great place to stay as your passing though. Easy access to highway, venues, and food. Hotel was quiet and clean.

Front desk staff was fast, friendly and curteous. They helped with my questions about resturants and bars around the hotel.

Came to Albany for a lacrosse game. Nice property with a hot breakfast, comfy beds and pleasant staff.

The hotel is very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Richard, at the front desk was extremely helpful. He even ensured I was in a pet free room due to my allergies. I would definitely stay here again.

They won’t check me in. They say that I don’t have a number.
