The place and staff was extremely nice and clean.
However there was a gas station behind it that had a low wall that divided it. There was five men who were high sitting on that wall. They had meth pipes they were passing. It looked like a regular hang out place. I had kids and did not feel comfortable or safe.

We booked for the pool use. It was dirty and covered in bird poop. The umbrella doesn’t work and this area can be improved. Pool is ice cold.
Shuttle service was the best part. Very organized and on time.

Counter person very friendly. She recommended a TexMex restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. Good good, drinks, and service. Room was clean. Very odd small “square” puffy pillows were impossible to sleep on. Toss them for standard size, less inflated pillows.
Shuttle was right on time and very convenient.

Heading down to breakfast at 6am so I could catch the shuttle to make my plane, I ended up getting stuck in the elevator for 20-30 minutes.
I called down fairly quickly and the front desk was helpful but the added stress was not needed before trying to make a flight

I have to pay extra 25 dollars for what???? Why do you need know about it? I already told you that I apid 157 dollars to you and I still have to pay 25 dollars at hotel??? It is not right! so I am speaking of expedia that are lied and not honest.. At hotel the staff are terrible and attitude!!!
