like the location. staff was Excellent.
my compliant is in the room you can not adjust the thermostat. I notice more hotels are setting the temp and the thermostat is jus for show. I hate that scenario in Hotels!!

The only complaint I have is how hard the beds were. I had a hard time sleeping due to the hard beds. Other than that, stay was very nice.

Good accomodations with adequate closet drawer and counter space. Lots of recharging ports available. Comfortable beds. The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping and access to thoroughfares.
Breakfast is generic but adequate. The room heating can be a little uncomfortable, when the fan comes on. Maid service was spotty.

Very comfortable rooms. Especially liked extra towels. So often there are just 2 of each. We didn't use them but nice just in case. Mattress, pillows, and sheets nice.
