Extremely clean. They upgraded me to a suite for no charge which was very nice. Love that you can walk to the beach, the Strand and all of the shops. My go to spot when visiting my daughter.

We were told we would receive a complementary water bottle but it never came. The air conditioning didn’t work. The bathroom sink was rusty. The shower stall was uneven. The toilet was too low. The breakfast however was adequate.

Great location. Nice hotel and very clean. Only problem was a smell from the sink that smelled like sewage. They took care of it right away for me. So my stay was great.

Great location with proximity to Hermosa Beach attractions, shopping and restaurants. Room was nice, but a little noisy.
The problem....location is under construction. All amenities were closed, including breakfast area. To Go bags were provided, but the place was a construction zone. I wouldn't book this place for at least 6 months from now, 3/2025.

Was not informed that building was under construction. Had to go out side to get the elevator with a hilly sidewalk and I had a handicap partner. Then the room was so far down the hall we could barely walk to it. They did move us the next morning closer to the elevator .But they say the room was ready and my handicap partner went to the room. The was floor was still wet in some places unnoticed and he slipped and fell. Manager was notified. partner back was stiff. Not a good time.
