Enjoyed my stay

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world during my life as part of my employment and this stay, I rate this hotel as probably the third worst. Numerous reasons, but here are the basic amenities that were not provided. No service for 3 days stays. Not even a pen or pad was provided as well as a laundry bag. No glasses or even a spoon to stir coffee or tea were not provided. The Ac unit was the loudest I have experienced and restricted sleep. It was preferable to turn it off. I rate this hotel as a budget rate motel not worth the price of even $100 per night.

I travel domestically and internationally an average of 5 months per year. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at (in this price range) since 2017. Not only was my room run down, but there was no cleaning service offered during my stay, and my non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes were continuously being smoked in the bathroom. Further, my colleague found hair in his bed and shower upon checking into his room DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great location safe and close to shopping restaraurants and easy access to major roadways.

You really could not ask for a better place to stay. When we first checked in the lady/attendant was very friendly and helpful. Everyone there was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Collin always had a big smile and asked if there was anything he could do to make us more comfortable. We talked with Teresa several times, she was also very friendly and helpful as well. We noticed how busy she was wiping everything down even the doors!!! Thank you for a wonderful week stay!

We had an ice hockey tournament right across the street from the hotel so it was very convenient. Breakfast was well stocked everyday. Rooms clean. Front desk staff was always available.

Really good hotel for family time. The only thing I'd change is the breakfast dining area; it's small, so unless you go down early, you need to wait for other people to finish eating before you can sit.

Nice Property

Never made it to the prioerty dur to extreme westher and plane malfuctuon. The flight thayvwas coming in from Tampa was having technical issues and grounded in Charelston SC and they were not able tobget another plane oit to airport until 5 AM next day so I did not need thebhotel.

There is no restaurant or bar there, but we went to the Ice hockey facility, which is in walking distance. Great location with many shops, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute drive. Easy access to the major highways and a safe location.

Overall the front desk staff for this establishment as well as the convenience of the ice rink were the only enjoyable parts of our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely horrible. We arrived to dirty towels, sheets and surfaces. There was dirt all over our bathroom door and shower floor as well as used washcloths hung on top of the shower rod from previous guests. Additionally we had to complain twice in order to receive clean towels. The room service came to clean while we were in the room and we politely said we would leave for a little so we were not in the way, we left for 5 hours and came back to relax only to find out our room had yet to be cleaned after all and we ended up having to leave for another 30 minutes only to find the trash left behind and full and nothing had been done except one of the beds being made. We were not the only guests to complain of dirty towels. We were not provided with any soap except the half full shower soap.

The room was ok the doors are heavy so you can hear them slamming. The staff at the front desk were very good. The morning breakfast was excellent and conveient
