Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport

Great location close to the airport and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the carpets—especially in the hallways and elevators—could use an upgrade, and a fresher scent in the rooms would really improve the first impression. With a few updates, this place could be a much better experience overall.

Very convenient location to Logan, with added benefit of complimentary airport shuttle service. Front desk staff were friendly as well as shuttle drivers. King size bed was very comfortable. Spacious room with large bathroom. Shuttle service starts at 3 am.

Great location near airport. Excellent shuttle service, made it easy to take train downtown and also get to airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything about the hotel was great. Wasn’t the most perfect experience but I didn’t expect to be for the price I got. It got the job done with rooms, breakfast, and shuttle. Only minor issues with the room like small holes in the curtain and lamp shade but overall the breakfast was good and the shuttle drivers were great. 9/10

It was fine for an overnight with early flight the next morning

When booked, I was asked for arrival Flight number. Upon waiting 20 mins for shuttle, it arrived FULL. Was told 20 more mins. An HOUR later it showed up near full and now adding about 8 more people with luggage. Packed into shuttle like cattle in 97 degree heat. CDL violation for this transport. Then upon arrival (not blaming employees) I was asked for a Security Deposit for the room that was fully. paid for. OUTRAGEOUS. I have waited 24 hours before I wrote this, so it is a mild account. On the plus side; the shuttle to the airport the next day was flawless. We have stayed at Hampton Hotels for years when traveling. In fact my wife insists on them. That will not be the case for future travel. I am not sure what to make of Expedia.

No where on purchasing this room did it say parking was an additional cost. And the hottub was broken, tiles broken by the pool, pool water cloudy. Most of the ice makers weren’t working

This was very convenient for an early morning flight out of Logan airport. Comfy rooms, great breakfast and shuttle service. It is not a walkable area so it was nice there was a bar/lounge with dinner options. Very friendly staff, especially front desk at check in,

Near Airport

It is convenient for going to the airport but the room was ran down. Stained counters old matress ect. Stafe was nice though. Not in what I'd call a good neighborhood.

This is a good hotel for a one night stay and that’s about it. We flew in late so we didn’t want to spend a lot to just sleep one night and head out to another state to start our trip. It was fairly close to the airport but not within the airport limits. The hotel provides a free shuttle from Logan Int Airport even late at night. The hotel was clean but was very dated and felt musty and humid.

Excellent property

It was an alright hotel. The room we were in was a little outdated. Everything was pretty average. Highlight was the breakfast which was free and plentiful. Staff at breakfast are very professional and kind. We did take advantage of the shuttle service to the train but found it lacking on the return. There are a lot of people coming and going since its close to the airport which can make for unpredictable elevator service.

Would not honor our reservation. Our flight was late and we were dead tired at 2am, and the front desk said we were too late and was running some kind of audit and did not know if rooms were available

The shuttle drivers were great and the hotel met all of our needs and was very convenient.
