Never again. Our SUV nearly scraped the top of the parking garage. Beds were fine, shower was great, but parking is awful—you can’t park near food in town, and even the paid garages filled with break-ins. The worst part: they mishandled parking charges. They tried to bill Expedia without asking for another card. With “privacy on door ”, my 17-year-old son kept getting calls while I was at work. I called them within 2 minutes and told them I’d provide my card at 10:30 PM. They noted my account and said it was fine. Two hours later, after three more calls, security showed up at our door—scaring my son—even though the privacy sign was still up. I explained again that I’d already called and a note was on file, but they insisted. Instead of waiting, I walked 5 blocks from work to hand them my card. Suddenly they were calm and had no explanation. When I finally returned around midnight, my room key didn’t work. I had to go back downstairs from the 25th floor, only to be told it was a “dead battery.” Security left our door wide open at midnight, waking my baby. Trying to fix that issue.. Completely unprofessional and stressful. Never again. They did call me after I sent a text ( they Text asking how stay is) with all this drama, but they didn’t take any accountability or even care that we had been harassed all day. Just said yall wanted us to call? I said no I was voicing my frustration from being harassed all day and didn’t need a call.. nothing free or points offered also

I booked a city Skyline view and was put on the 5th floor facing a basketball court no city skyline. The blankets were covered in mold like dirt and when we complained we were upgraded to a better room however still not skyline view AND that room was also dirty.

The room was immaculate and the conveniently located food options made life easy.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. However, I'm very disappointed that the whole "self-parking" policy wasn't fully explained or conveyed when I checked in. They charged me $40 to park my own car in the garage (and I wasn't even there a full 24 hours). I know it's a public garage but maybe I just assumed because I was already spending so much on a room that actual hotel guests wouldn't be charged? That's definitely quite disappointing though and could potentially change my decision about where to stay when coming to Atlanta in the future.

Great property only downfall is they sold there pool to the property next door but besides that I enjoyed very much

The stay was amazing! The front desk staff was helpful and very responsive. Excellent customer service. No complaints. Great location, safe and quiet.

Absolutely loved the pickleball courts; they gave us an area to work off all the food we were eating on the trip.

Sheets were stained. Check in was extremely long. Restaurants close early.

Staff was great. Resturant a little pricey but good quality food. Most of the hptrl looked fone, hoe in toom bathrooms very small. Needs a remodel for rooms. However for the price i wpuld stay there again

I may go with a different hotel but the overall experience of the trip was great!

Too many problems to name. Howekeeping was awful and did not respond. Internal computer system went out for days making my stay chaotic. Unsafe people in bar/restaurant area.

Pleasant stay!

This does not seem like a “Hilton” hotel. It has a weird smell in the rooms and the water doesn’t drain properly in the shower. I would not stay here again…
