I made it to the hotel around 730 am for my conference, didn’t have an option for early checkin so I was in the lobby until 3pm. The hotel temperature was uncomfortably cold.

We booked a room with double beds because we had 3 people. We got a room with just a kind bed and when we opened the door the entire front was puddled with water in the floor. We for back downstairs to correct room and the front door person Tai was the rudest person ever and pretty much dismissed us and advised to get with Expedia as she doesn’t have any rooms. She was incredibly rude to the others in line as well for their second and third request for towels. I do not recommend this place.

The hotel was lovely. Staff very attentive and nice. What I didn’t like was that the option of the Executive King River View Room as an option when the Executive floor bar/balcony is not even open or a thing for over a year now. Unhappy that I paid more for something when I could’ve paid less for exactly the same rooms that we got.

Expedia customers are not treated with same benefits and courtesy. The exterior window frames were flaking so they needed to be painted. Parking was an extra unexpected expense.

Paid for a River view, was given a different room. Had to complain to receive the right room. Bathroom floor was dirty and housekeeping did not come in daily. No coffee available in lobby for guess. Limited dining in the hotel.

Hotel is old. Standard King room is small. Bathroom is small. Toilet ran all night. Could hear loud guests in middle of the night in hall/ice machine. Had to request housekeeping every day.
