They did not have room service!!! we paid $1,200 and NO room service, no towels no coffee no turning down the bed sheets. NOTHING. when we complained- they said that we can have two free breakfasts, the eggs where made out of powder - AND- they gave us the wrong orderof food which tsted disgusting and not edible. RUDE- TERRIBLE- DIRTY- RIDICOULUSLY EXPENSIVE.

Loved that they accommodated our early check in request so we could change after travelling to get out again at 5pm for dinner. Gave us an anniversary bottle of wine!!! Everyone was super pleasant. Lady working the wine bar was very nice, I think her name was Sheila.

Place was nice and rons of parking but the pool wasn’t heated and that was the main reason we choose that hotel to have a pool . So that was a waste of a few hundred dollars
