The customer service was top notch by all the staff we encountered and dealt with. We were overall very happy with our stay. We went to CT, sadly, for a funeral. Knowing that, the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate and comfort us however they could.

Dated everywhere - rooms, hallways, lobby, Peeling paint and wallpaper, cleaners in broad daylight in the lobby using baking soda on the old, dingy carpet - staff mostly helpful, but seemingly not at all happy to be there. Hard to believe Hilton would put their name on this low grade of a product.

Good space. It’s a meeting/conference center so expect it to be very busy. Check in/out was easy, room was standard, however no microwave. Our toilet was also constantly running although we were too busy with our event to call and have it addressed. Pool and fitness center were well maintained. Staff was friendly.

A lot of the staff were extremely rude and incompetent, especially the dining area. The AC did not work in the room and there was no fan for ventilation in the bathroom.

The hotel looks “tired” - though the accommodations were relatively clean, this hotel needs a makeover - it’s stale, the bathrooms have very worn out cabinets, the toilet took a long time to fill. The room was dank and dark. Disappointed in this property. The garage for parking was very convenient but there were a lot of people hanging out getting high and the stench was overwhelming. Disgusting.

The Hilton Stamford is a dump, literally I think a Motel 6 is cleaner. It's dated, it's in desperate need of a tear our and rebuild, and mind you, I've been coming to this property EVERY Year since 1993 for the CMA Shipping Conference. You should be embrarrassed to call it a "Hilton" ... oh ... and my colleague had to change rooms because his had BED BUGS, which he photographed. The carpeting is old, the wallpaper is patchwork, my bathroom sink had a massive crack that was caulked ...
