Clean property, stylish room, friendly staff. Easy transportation with Metro stop on lower floor. Starbucks in the lobby and a food court on property. Located next door to the Spy Museum and only a few blocks from the museums, National Mall, warf. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed the freedom this property gave us in proximity to food, shopping and the museums. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The property was also clean and kept very presentable.

Review for Hilton Very disappointing! We had 2 rooms. Parking $65/day (guess it’s the going price but still) Pool freezing, no jacuzzi(plenty of room for one or two) Breakfast for a family cost as much as the room. It is very costly to stay here. Our room was freezing cold, we called twice to complain, thermostat-we changed from 72-74-76-78 then turned off but it kept turning back on. We were told by their engineers there was nothing they could do. Our 2nd room was too hot, the thermostat made no difference but it was tolerable. The freezing room was not tolerable whenever it came back on. In all we were not happy. No stars. Thumbs down.

Made reservation to include breakfast. Was charged for breakfast anyways. Valet parked ONE car and I was the only adult on the reservation. Charged for two cars. Parking cost of $65/day is outrageous.

The hotel staff was top notch!!! The location of the hotel was amazing. Walking distance to the Smithsonian and the wharf. Restaurant/Bar staff could use a more sense of urgency.
