All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean but very hot as there is no air conditioning and the window did not open more then 2 inches

It was beautiful!

There is no restaurants to speak of on the property. They are open at limited times. Coffee isn't available until almost 8 am. The store is nice but small and has limited hours during the week. The grounds are very nice and the rooms are really nice. GQ

Our room was small. We were told our room would have a full kitchen but we only got a microwave and small fridge. Tried to get another room due to my husband has dietary issues and they were unable to accommodate us. Also, check in took a long time given there was only one person at the front desk. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we no view and the room adjacent to us had loud kids. Overall, I would rate the hotel a 3 star. Facilities do have tennis and pickleball courts, and lots to do if you have kids. Restaurant was good!

It was not clean and i could barely get the window open for fresh air. Only one garbage can, no fan in the bathroom, and no bag in the ice bucket.

The room was nice, we got the one for 6 people. There is no room service provided and there was no hot water the first night.

Very low quality. No AC, so the rooms are scorching hot. It was hard to sleep.very rundown and dingy. Both hot tubs were unusable, ice machine did not work. The kitchen had very few essentials. Staff could really care less about these issues. They only cleaned the room once in 5 days, and that was the afternoon before we checked out. In the summer, it is VERY far from anything.

First never told there was no air conditioning, no maid service. No ice, bed was lopsided when lying in it. We had toilet issues and nobody answered the guest services phone, Wait more than two hours to address the problems. Guy came to fix the toilet and didn't clean up after. I felt like I got scammed by this property. Want to list these complaints to a manager and nobody would answer the phone to this day.

There is a ticking noise that I thought was a clock going off in another room, I called the front desk several times to get someone to look into it, and they just gave me an excuse that the person in the other room had some kind of machine going on for their diabetes. They also said they would be gone that day after me staying up all night hearing ticking noises. The second night I got in pretty late and could not change rooms so I put a bunch of noise in the room so I couldn’t hear the ticking noise. I’m not sure what that noise was, but it was very annoying

The tvs didn’t really work which was a little tough when putting my son down for bed but otherwise I will definitely be back!

Good location. Easy 2-minute drive to parking area for Heavenly. Lots of room for storage.

45 minutes in line to check in, with 3 people at the desk working, and only 2 in front of me, only to be sent to a darn sales desk to get a key, which requires another wait and then they try to sell you stuff even though you e already paid. Like seriously??? This hotel does not care about you just your money in some time share stuff.

An Unforgettable Lake Tahoe Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at a resort in Lake Tahoe and truly had the best experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The natural beauty of the area was breathtaking, and the resort made sure every moment was filled with comfort, fun, and relaxation. We enjoyed so many activities—from swimming in the refreshing pools, large hot tubs, to hiking scenic trails with incredible views, and trying out just about every amenity offered. We played pickleball, basketball, mini golf, and more—it was impossible to get bored! Each activity was well-maintained and easy to access. The restaurant on-site was nice, offering delicious meals with great service and relaxing ambiance. Whether we were grabbing a casual lunch or enjoying a cozy dinner, the food never disappointed. What really made the experience stand out was the overall atmosphere and thoughtful details throughout the resort. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. I can’t recommend this resort enough for couples, families, or anyone looking for a memorable Lake Tahoe retreat. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

When we were checked in we are not allowed to pick up our keys or our parking pass until we spoke with someone else. It turned out this was a backdoor attempt to Sell us A membership in their travel club In a fairly sleazy way After we let them know we were not interested there was still a brief talk Before we were given our keys and our parking pass There was also a call the following morning from someone Offering free lodging at another facility obviously this was an additional height. The room itself was very nice However 1 of the chairs wobbled and the kitchen was very poorly equipped There was no spatula 1 small frying pan The admissions department And The people you are forced to talk to I felt More deceitful and inappropriate and let them know so The support staff That were quick to rectify some of the issues or excellent and I felt were more than helpful in all they did.
