The desk person was very friendly and accommodating. Gave me a room on first floor.
Only thing that bothered me was window in the room blinds were see through. At least from my side. Don’t know if they are from outside

This hotel is clean, smells good and the staff is accommodating. Our daughter had a tournament in Fitchburg and we stayed one night at this hotel. They checked us in early and checked us out late as requested with no issues.

Incredibly Dirty. The entire hotel had an incredibly strong acetone smell to the point I had to leave. The furniture was stained and dirty. The ripped shade only went half way down the window and had no curtains to cover it. The walls had areas not painted and there were paint chips on the ground. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very dated rooms and the entire place smelled of Marijuana. I wouldnt recommend to stay. It was very noisy and seemed to have a lot of people who live there fulltime.

Like the mall next door, room was ok, had a smell when you walked in and needed a good cleaning. hated the motion light that came on when you moved around. Loved all the counter and bench space.lots of room to put stuff out. Water pressure was light. Breakfast was good.

Expedia has really rude representatives booked to stay in Hudson Florida mistakenly booked in Hudson Massachusetts called Expedia three times asked to speak to a supervisor and got hung up on all three times. They refused to cancel and changed the motels. I will not be dealing with Expedia ever again.

The room smelled like smoke although signs are clearly posted that it's a smoke free environment. I don't know that they are making sure that people do comply. The heat took a very long time to kick in. The water pressure in the shower is very low. All this was reported to the hotel.

Front desk staff were great and very friendly. There is painting going on in the hotel, and there were loud groups in the hallways that seemed to be associated with the painting. It felt unsafe.

Stayed at the property for one night and fire alarm activated twice and all occupants had to Come to the lobby. I had traveled to the hote fr9m NYC to attend my sisters funeral services. I was very distressed by the loss of my sister and the fire alarms which wasno fault of the hotel but left me sleep deprived. Thea hotel gave me a complete refund which. Expedia processed back to me. I am so grateful to the GM BobPatidar and Fr9mt Desk Rep. Cynthia. Thank you so much. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.
