Great hotel except they had the thermostat set to 89 degrees in the pool room and the front desk lady Julie said she had no way of changing it so it was hotter than the pits of hell in there but other than that great hotel

Check in was easy, friendly staff! Room was very nice and roomy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if we are in this area.

My husband and I stated here the nught before my early morning surgery. We live 2 hours away from the hospital, and we were expecting a snowstorm. I was extremely pleased with the entire property, especially the room. It was modern and yet welcoming. Everything was spotless! I couldn't eat due to surgery, but my husband said that the breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend! Five stars!

Good stay first night next day maid service very thorough. Second day maid service not cleaned or supplies refilled. Disappointing to return after long day to a room not refreshed. Main desk staff kind and helpful, beds comfortable. Surprised no fan in bathroom.

The smell of the hydraulic elevator mixed with the pool chemicals was horrible. Also the fire alarm kept going off and malfunctioning during the evening and at 1:30am and again during breakfast.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was great. No complaints. One thing that would be nice in the future is to have smart TVs we could log in to our personal streaming services. That's it though.

Family funeral. I recently had knee replacement and booked a handicap accessible room. It wasn’t that, toilet was so low to the ground it felt child sized, had to climb over the tub and there were no grab bars. What the heck I thought that every room had that. There’s a board between the beds that isn’t attached to the wall so they’ve pushed a foot rest under the nightstand to hold it in place, still major holes. Room 308. Hotel needs a makeover.
