Great hotel in the heart of Kona! Walkable to Kona Brewery, shopping, and more. Parking was paid but super convenient at the hotel. Rooms were large, clean, and had great amenities. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and every staff member we interacted with was kind and professional. We'll be back on our next trip to Big Island!

This hotel was fine for a one-night stay after a long day of travel before heading to Hilo. Be aware that parking costs $15 per night. The hotel tends to attract families and large groups, so it’s not the quietest option. The hot tub and pool could have been cleaner, but the free breakfast was a nice perk and helped save on dining costs. The room was adequate—questionably clean but manageable for a short stay. The highlight was the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who upgraded us to a suite when our original room wasn’t available. Plus, it’s a quick walk to the main part of town, which was convenient.

Location and amenities were great. Loved the change up for breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, gym, and breakfast every day.

Seemed expensive for an average hotel but we saved money with the free breakfast. The hot food options could be better. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great location near Ali drive.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great, and room was nice. Only one thing I did not like the beds were on wheels they kept moving out of place.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The worst thing about the hotel were the beds. They were very worn out, soft and sunk in the middle. Our backs hurt every day. We never had good sleep. When the maid cleaned our room, she only changed the sheets on the bed, added bathroom towels and toilet paper. The shower, toilet and sink were not cleaned. They gave us a late check out at 1pm on our last day. However, this didn’t help since our flight did not leave until 9pm. We asked about returning to take a shower later after checkout. They offered the pool shower bathroom instead of a courtesy room with a shower. They told us it would cost us an additional almost $400 for a few more hours until 6pm for a room. This was too expensive. We showered at a beach in our bathing suits and changed in the bathrooms there not far from the Kona airport. We expected more since we stayed there for 12 nights. We were on the third floor. At times, we heard kids running up and down the hallway and loud cars from the street. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The free breakfast in the lobby opens at 6:30am-10am Monday -Friday. Weekend hours begin at 7am. The food was good-scrambled eggs, yogurt, bagels, bread, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, meat varies each day-sausage patties or links, bacon, chicken strips, juices, coffee, milk, cereals, fruit, etc. The parking lot was filled by 8pm-hard to find a spot. A lot of families with children stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the airport, they have a shuttle that can bring you to and from the airport. Staff was super nice, parking available with a fee.

Donna at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. Didn't like the idea about paying for parking at the hotel but I was told it is standard practice at all hotels. Would stay here again.

Convenient to downtown Kona. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

We paid $500/night for a room with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Very spacious room and bathroom, great location. However, beds were grossly dirty!!! Sheets and blankets were stained but we were so tired after a long travel day (we checked in very late) that it was too exhausting to ask for a new room. We slept with long pants and socks & over the blankets just to get through the night.
