Always a pleasure to visit

I had a pleasant stay at the inn. It was convenient to shopping, dining and transportation. I didnt use the amenities but there was a nice pool and gym for indoor activities. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was great. Overall it was a great place to stay.

I liked that it was right off the highway, really easy trip!

This hotel was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was spectacular, but it is the staff that really made our stay here wonderful. Sonia and Sabrina were so helpful and caring and took care of my 92-year-old father as if he were family. Even the cleaning staff took extra time to speak to him and to ask him about his day. Conveniently located right on the highway, with a pool, a gym, an all-day coffee station ... I would highly recommend this hotel!

Property was nice butnhad a funny smell in thenroom. Like old mop water.

Breakfast might need a bit of a fix but it was good overall.

Isn’t phone don’t work my door was open when I walked up the towels were wet the cleaning staff didn’t speak any English the pool area is so small room could have been cleaned and in better condition

Housekeeping staff for the rooms were very subpar. Rooms were not cleaned daily. They only took out the garbage in the room, but didn’t sweep or mop the floor or clean the washroom. They removed the towels, but did not replace what they removed. I had to go to the front desk several times to get towels. The breakfast area wasn’t cleaned as often as it needed to be. I had to clean off my own table so my family could sit down to eat. Front end staff were good.

The purpose of stay was a sad one so it was wonderful coming back to a warm and friendly place with caring front desk great housekeeper and comfortable beds

This hotel is located right across the highway from the airport. It was a perfect location for my trip to Newark for a concert - I uber'd downtown and then ended up doing public transport to the airtrain and then the hotel shuttle to get back at the end of the night. The room was fine - no easy to use usb plugs, seemed like it was a little out of date. I appreciated that we had to use the room key to take the elevator out of the lobby. Parking was in a lot next to the hotel - >$25 for an overnight option. This met my needs in this instance, but kind of a basic experience in terms of hotels.

Very nice hotel! Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The property was in the middle of an industrial area which was fine. The pool needs a mild upgrade.
