Close to the stadium

The entrance to the hotel was filthy dirty! Lobby was very uninviting. Luckily the room was clean and comfortable or I would have left. Corridors need painting and carpet cleaned. Will not stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. The person at the desk o in the morning looked like he was dressed to work construction.

Even though it was RIGHT NEXT to the highway, it was amazingly quiet. The blackout shades worked very well in keeping morning light out. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best on out whole trip (5 different hotels). The omelets were really good (they changed each day) and I loved the heated cinnamon rolls. There are plenty of other dining options nearby at Mayfair Mall.

The first 2 rooms they gave us were awful. Water leaking in the bathroom into the entryway in 1 and the ceiling falling down in the other. The 3rd room we stayed in, it was safe and clean but definitely needs sprucing up. No drain plugs in the sink or tub. Carpet filthy. Hallway carpet filthy, many areas looked to have water leaks recently. The lady that checked us in didn't know how to do it, called someone on the phone to get their passes. Breakfast was decent and fresh. Exposed electrical outlet tripping hazard near a couch in the lobby. The pictures look like they took it about 10 years ago compared to current condition. Quiet rooms. Excellent water pressure in the shower

The toilet had to be flushed 4 times in order for the water to go down and the light in the bathroom flickered a lot some drywall chipping behind the kitchenette wall

Staff was great just over worked. No food or coffee left at breakfast when I arrived at 9:30 AM. Everything else was good.

The rooms were clean but the hallways and elevator were dirty. The entrance was dirty and there was a homeless person sleeping on the couch at the entrance. However, the staff was friendly and efficient.

This was the worse IHG i’ve ever stayed at. The lock to our conjoined room was BROKEN as well as our shower! The shower didn’t turn on! The hotel smelled of weed and our room smelled wet. I called the desk and they let us know that there was no other room/accommodation they could give us but the man i spoke with on the phone at the front desk said he would let his manger know when they came in at 7am. We checked out this morning (8/10/2025) and i asked for a refund for our stay due to it being so bad and having all the issues. I asked to speak with a manage which i was then told there was no manager on sundays. I spoke with Tory, and she was super sweet but was only able to give us 50% off for one night which I don’t think is appropriate or acceptable for the situation we had. Will be calling on Monday to get a full refund. Terrible experience!

The fire alarm seems to go off early in the morning way more often than is acceptable.
