Holiday Inn PORT OF MIAMI-DOWNTOWN, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was incredibly difficult to find as there was no signage on the hotel front. Felt rushed by valet parking when unloading our vehicle on arrival. The mattresses were terrible - very noisy and uncomfortable. Old hotel with strange feeling.

The property was in a good location and convenient for me and my family to go the cruise terminal

It was exactly as advertised, a very clean . The staff made checking in fast and easy

Mall and restaurants across street

There’s homeless people sleeping on the ground out front of the entranceway plus I was asked twice for money as I left the property. I get it. It’s a political hot potato regarding homeless people, but I will not stay at this hotel again because there’s nothing done about them out front.

They have a shuttle to the port. You could also walk to the port.

The hotel is very old and dated

This is a no frills hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel on several occasions because of it’s proximity to the port but would never stay longer than a night. This hotel needs upgrading in structure and technology. The 1st room I received had a sewage smell as soon as you walked in. The 2nd room had key issues. The finally room provided required the hotel manager’s assistance in getting on. At this point it was too late to change hotels.

Smelly and old rooms and bathrooms for the price

This hotel is perfect if you are sailing from the port of Miami. Shopping and dining are right across the street. The hote's rooms need some updating.

The shower didn’t work. I had been out all day so to come back and not shower was inconvenient. They did move me but new room didn’t have fridge had to wait to get fridge. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were dirty. The hotel is very convenient to everything. But I will not stay again because of room condition

Close to the cruise port. Staff were amazing and help full. However the rooms, smelled musty and smoky, though they are non smoking. Area is great for shipping and dining.

I liked the fact that there was parking. I liked that it was right across the street from a mall, cruise area, restaurants and shopping

The price per night is ridiculous, not enough parking spots and have to pay $50.00 to park and the bathroom toliet need updated to higher than on floor and shower curtains don't work floor wet and the room are not what they could be for 400.00 a night..

Pretty fast check in close to the bayside market and the ports. The room size could be so much bigger and the bathroom as well.

We stayed for a cruise overnight. The hotel was pretty expensive and it was utterly disgusting. Smelly and gross. We will NEVER stay here again. It gave us the ICKY feeling 😩

The rooms were dated and musty smelling. Carpets were old and dirty. Walls are very thin and you can clearly hear the water run/flushing toilet from the next room. The room did not have a hair dryer. The furniture were old and in poor condition. However the staff were helpful and courteous which was the good point.

This hotel was in an excellent location however I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Rooms smelt musty and needed major updates. The mattresses were awful and you could feel every spring. The bathtub didn't drain water at all. Stay clear of this place!!
