I always love to stay here, but I did notice minor things like an earring left from the last guest, wall mirror not clean fully, hair in tub, no dish towel, no enough towels stocked in bathroom and no refill on paper towels. Other than that I loved my stay as usual.

Bed is always comfortable at this chain; however, I wish they would use fully cotton sheets. The synthetic cotton blend sheets get too hot. And the comforter cover needs improvement; it always comes undone exposing the comforter beneath.

Very nice staff and even with a packed breakfast they had plenty of food and refilled dishes and utensils fast. Lot of dining options and other things around. Awesome on a very busy weekend!!!

When we checked in the room appeared nice but my first stop is the bed. We pulled back the sheets and found a full eyelash strip stuck to the covers. To me, this would make me believe the linen is not clean. We told the front desk and they sent someone right up with the most horrible attitude. She changed the linen. While changing the linen, we could see huge yellow stains all over the mattress. The hotel was booked up for a family reunion. We took the bedding off to see if we could clean the mattress. It was disgusting. We bought cleaning supplies, bug spray, a mattress cover and pillow case covers and cleaned the mattress. We tried to flip the mattress but there was a blood stain on the opposite side. I told the front desk and they were going to leave a message and the manager would call me. I informed them that I had pictures if she wanted to see. They were not concerned and I haven’t heard from anyone.

This was a very nice hotel. The pool is under renovations, but we did not need it anyway.

Every thing was great but we specifically went for the pool and it was under maintenance until further notice.

We stopped on our way to Florida with the family, so we had to use both beds and the pull out couch. The cover on the pullout couch was stained and dirty with crumbs and other stuff. The floor was sticky as you walked across it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Found a shirt from someone else in the pullout when we opened it up so that led me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Staff was nice and got a clean cover and extra sheets, said they’d make a note but didn’t offer anything else. Everyone was nice and breakfast was good, just dirty.

Hotel was clean. Staff was great. Room was clean. Bed was nice(I wish they had 4 pillows rather than 3) Breakfast was good, esp..the yogurt machine. I liked the place.
