Very nice place to stay! It was really clean, very comfortable beds, room was very nicely done. Bathroom was beautiful with everything you needed(exvept there were no hand towels provided) but other than that great place and location for the price....would Absolutely stay here again.

Great location and communication. Easy check-in and check-out. The room was a bit on the small side but had 3 double beds which worked for our group of 5. I would definitely stay in this location again.

I have booked with this place 3 times already and was never disappointed. The rooms are clean. I love that it is one street over to ktown for good food. Check in was easy.

Okay, small rooms, a little noisy, great location, they say laundry services, but note that it cost us $30US to do 2 loads as you need to buy a card, $10, then load it with cash, no return of card and so we left with a card we’ll never use with $6 on it.

What was unique was the set up. Not that it was wrong. Just different. The staff was excellent and would stay there again! If you want a place where it involves you in the city yet is off enough of busy streets for quiet time, this is the place.

Amazing

From the start of the trip and throughout, the host was extremely responsive and helpful! The room was perfect for our family of 4. A twin bunk bed in NYC is not an easy find! It was super close to the subway, many restaurants, shops and stores. The check in and out was a breeze!

Very close to tourist attractions, restaurants and with easy subway access. Check in was fast and easy as was check out, and the hotel offered to hold our bags at no extra cost.The first night was rough with other guests being loud beginning at 2 or 3 a.m., and on the second night there was loud traffic noise until around midnight. The following two nights were restful. We needed a room for 5 people and this hotel was perfect.

This hotel was a great choice for our family of 5 trying to find a space to fit us all that was reasonably priced. The room was exceptionally clean, updated bathroom, and overall nice decor. Everything was as advertised in the pictures. We have three children (between ages of 8-14), and while the space was fairly small, we were able to be in the room with 5 suitcases plus other bags and still move around comfortably. Henry, our host,was friendly and easy to communicate with. We arrived after hours but had clear instructions for check in with the security desk which went smoothly. Location is perfect - subway, shopping, restaurants, and Empire State building just a couple blocks away. We would stay here again!

The front burner on the stove did work and the elevator was full a lot.
