Hyatt House Mall Of America Msp Airport

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. We did a short little vacation and it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Like its closeness to Mall of America.

Room service on extra towels and blankets was poor. Took a long time and we didn’t received what we had asked for.

The surrounding area was a bit on the deserted side. Other than the restaurants inside the Mall, there weren’t many safe clean food options for late night eating.

Crazy price for below average hotel

I would recommend the hotel. Great location. I chose because it is relatively new, it was very clean and well kept. Overall staff were nice and responsive, the person who checked us in was ok, she seemed put off by questions, but did answer; the young lady who was there the next morning was great (wish I had gotten her name). It was great that breakfast was included and all staff (especially one young lady) were nice and responsive, there were alot of people in the hotel, and they ensured food was available, and helped keep the area clean. I would recommend the hotel, however, It was disappointing that they added a daily parking fee for those staying in the hotel, (this was commented on by many); unusual that there were no recycling bins.

We had a conference at the Mall of America Radisson and the location was easy to get to from the Hyatt. There’s no room service and the bar is tiny (with a really rude bartender when we were there, but I’m sure staff changes). The staff at the front desk was great and all really friendly. I thought it was really clean, but daily service, trash wasn’t taken out. There’s a convenient snack self-checkout area open 24/7. So all in all, it depends on what’s important to you. important to you. But it was a fine experience overall.

OK place to stay. A bit pricey!

Unproper words by employee around children. Very poor breakfast,if you looking for hotel with kids or even without it. For that price my family visited better ones.

Loved the stay. The rooms and main area were very clean and wonderful. Good free breakfast food. My only complaint is that the shower clogged after 2 or 3 nights and flooded the bathroom :(

I would definitely stay here again! The staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent with many different options. Hotel is new and very clean. I love how safe it is. After 9 pm, guests have to use their key to get into the front door of hotel, an added security I can appreciate. I had an issue with my room and housekeeping came immediately to resolve the issue. I am thankful for the room upgrade so that housekeeping can continue to resolve the issue with my first room. I loved how easy it was to request for a shuttle by scanning a code using my cellphone. Shuttle drivers were prompt, fast and very friendly. I am thankful for the filtered ice water with lemon that is always available for guest at the front desk. I just wished that coffee and tea were always available as well 24/7.

Not much. Breakfast was fair and the housekeeping was fair to poor.

The room was nice and spacious. I have had much better breakfasts at much cheaper hotels.

Unfortunately I fell in the shower and hit my head hard against the wall. I saw stars. The shower is exceedingly slippery.

The property sat back in a quiet area

We stayed here when I had surgery at Abbot Northwestern Hospital. The room was clean/quiet for my husband to stay and It was an easy drive over. The night before we ate at MOA with family. The only thing I’m not liking was paying $15 to park the car every night in the parking lot.

My stay was excellent. Check-in was friendly and easy. The room was spotless, inviting, and comfortable. Breakfast offered many choices. The dining area was flawless and constantly patrolled by a Hyatt employee.
