I love this hotel! This was my 3rd time and it NEVER disappoints! It is so convenient to stay here when we are on a weekend Disney trip. They have a shuttle (for a small fee) that you can use to be dropped off in front of the park. It’s also not too far from the Toy Story parking lot (15 min walk or so) and there are a lot of dining options available. Parking is onsite and easy to park. I think a small downfall was that an elevator was broken and it took a little while for the elevators to go up and down with a line of people waiting. I DEFINITELY recommend! Not too far from the Anaheim packing district was well! :)

The hotel was just far enough away from the Disney parks to avoid the crazy traffic which we appreciated. And the shuttle ($6 per person) to the parks easily paid for itself. The Disneyland parking lot was only a block down the road from the hotel. Might as well save the $30+ parking fee for Disney parking and take the hotel shuttle instead.
The rooms themselves were not all that impressive although they were definitely clean. We were surprised that our bathroom didn’t have a fan in it. The TV did have a couple channels that would let you connect your phone to it for streaming services. The hotel also provided two complimentary bottles of water per stay.

Most of our stay was great. Only things we were disappointed in was the inconsistency of information from front desk staff. One told us they provided bottled water, I didn’t mind if we had to pay. The other person told us absolutely not. Also, our sofa in the room was gross with fresh stains. I wouldn’t allow my toddler to sit on it. The pool, even though it was incredibly salty for some reason was relaxing.

Hotel needs updating and it wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Did find a three extremely large balls of hair. We have found little hair randomly in hotels but this was excessive. The place was great though for our one night stay.

I was told I would receive a high floor at our check in due to my daughter graduating from college. When we got to the hotel….this was not the case. We let the front desk know what we were offered and also showed messages. They front desk then had the manager and after 45 mins, and sending the message to the front desk, text to the manager multiple times….we were finally offered a high floor room. It was disappointing because we were happy to arrive and ready to celebrate as we were to get ready for dinner. We were then behind schedule due to the lack of communication. Be careful if you’re offered anything. Call the hotel to confirm as the manager said they don’t know where I received the messages from because it wasn’t in their systems.
