The hotel was great, from the front desk service to the complementary breakfast. It was extremely convenient to get to the airport for an early morning flight, but hard to leave, because the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Santa Fe.

Checked in late at night after a ten hour drive. Upon entering the room noticed a terrible smell. Imagine if a dead body had been in the room for a few days.. Brought Emory, the front desk agent/Manager upstairs. He said it smelled like someone just finished doing number two. Said he thinks the housekeepers know not to do that?? The room was last sell, as Emory said they were completely full. Checked out and definitely won’t be back.

What a lovely stay we had! I was most impressed with assistance that the gentleman at the front desk offered us. We arrived late a night with a room already booked. While there were several spots for car/truck and small trailer parking, someone had triple parked, and there was literally no where else for us to park. The gentleman at the front desk was kind, and suggested that we park on the side of the main entrance directly in front of the hotel, leaving enough room for cars to come and go. It felt like a perfect option, and we were so thankful that he was solution oriented. Other than that, the hotel was clean. It was a perfect overnight stay. (Bring your own pillows if you need a soft/thin pillow)

The property is new and very clean. The room was new, clean and tidy and well decorated. The lobby and dining area both had a very cozy Southwestern feel to them. The breakfast was good as well. I feel like this property was a good value. Yhe bathroom was a bit cramped and I did not like that the pocket door that did not have a pull allowing for easier opening and closing. Perhaps this is still in the works? Overall a pleasant stay in a nice place!
