The bed was terrific, and the staff was great and very accommodating. I did not give it five stars because of the cost, which seems exorbitant, especially with the mini bar.

Walking distance to the White House! Location is perfect! Close to all the main tourist attractions! Stunning does not even begin to describe this hotel! Every single detail has been thought out and execited so brilliantly! I was beyond pleased with everything throughout! Will be back!

A beautiful hotel that is very clean and comfortable. Everyone is very helpful and polite. Ali looked after us throughout our stay. He was very knowledgeable and made our stay seamless. Thank you, Ali! The restaurant served very good quality food, tasty and well presented. The only downside was the café for various reasons. I would be happy to provide feedback to the management if requested.

Our visit was made truly unforgettable by your Guest Relations Quality Manager, Ali Tuzyurek. Ali went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, securing us adjoining rooms and surprising us with complimentary cakes and treats upon our return from a day of sightseeing. The personalized touch of having our children’s names beautifully written on the dessert plates was a delightful gesture that made our trip extraordinarily special. The hotel itself was impeccable—clean, serene, and perfectly situated in the heart of the city. We couldn’t recommend The Willard more highly and look forward to returning. But Ali truly made the entire experience top notch!

Great experience and location

The hotel public spaces were very nice and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Don’t miss afternoon tea in Peacock Alley, my grandchildren really enjoyed the experience. There is a little museum with the history of the hotel, we found it quite interesting.
