AC was not working and front desk people were rude.

Terrible staff, no amenities in the room, room smelled

Really pleasant experience all the way around. From ease of parking, to checkin with the friendly and helpful staff. Room was great as well as the little ‘extras’ - breakfast, mixer, etc. All positives!

Very clean. Wonderful staff. Unfortunately the a/c was not working the first several days which we decided to sweat it through. They provided a fan which helped a little at night. Then the TV decided not to work after a couple of days. We were assured after an in person contact at the front desk, a call to the front desk, and a msg through expedia that they would look at it. It was offline for the remainder of the stay. But who is watching tv when you are in NY. The construction on the building next door started around 7-8am each weekday morning. It served as a wake up call but was a little annoying after staying up well past midnight so days. Motion sensors for the bathroom had me taking showers each morning in the dark and the one near the entry door turned on bright in the middle of the night when someone got up to use the bathroom which grew annoying. The elevators were possessed at times but it seemed mostly because people could figure out how to scan thier room card then press the floor. I would have loved to rated this a 5 and probably should have rated it lower due to the issues we had....but the clean room and wonderful staff helped us feel comfortable in a strange place. We would book again for sure.

Easily walkable to Theaters and convenient parking.

Property was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and we appreciated the daily room cleaning. My only suggestion for improvement is to put coffee makers in the rooms. Aloha

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. It is very conveniently located, only a block away from Broadway and Time Square. The staff was super and the rooms were spacious compared to the numerous other hotels I researched. Everything was clean and the hotel was really clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was great, but I was not informed in advance that Expedia had already charged me for parking in my price, so I paid $74 on my own for parking! The hotel suggested I request reimbursement from you. Thank you.

Great stay. Excellent location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were nice. I do wish they had a microwave and an iron vs a steamer. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy staying here. The room was very nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly. The location to the theaters and 5th and Madison Avenues were very conveniently close. I am planning my next trip in October and will probably stay there again.

Good location. Restaurant very limited menu. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Bathroom very small. Staff very friendly especially the concierge team.

Great location, busy area, but central to all forms of theater district entertainment!

Great rooms. Okay lobby. Restaurant/bar looked nice but when we went for a drink despite it being empty they wouldn't accomodate us because the tables were all reserved. Really weird and off-putting. There is also a very noisy construction site with obnoxious 24x7 way too bright lights right behind the hotel that was annoyingly noisy.
