My only complaint was they didn’t clean the rooms (2 night stay), and I had to ask for extra towels for both of the rooms.

Staff was very welcoming, breakfast was excellent, room was very nice. Only problem with room was the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing so we had no where to hang our towels after showering. I did report it to the front desk the next day and again when checking out so the next guest wouldn't be suprised.

Stayed here over night and overall had a pleasant stay. Would stay again.
Pros: Customer service was excellent. Check in and out was easy. Hot breakfast was good. Included waffles and other hot options. Although we didn't use, the indoor pool and pool area is large. We stayed in a suite which was nice to have some extra room. We have two teens and they each had a separate place to sleep.
Cons: Older and slightly worn, staining on a lot of the furniture. Spilled something on the floor and when we wiped it up, the towel was pretty dirty. There wasn't extra bedding for the pull out couch. There were only 3 towels in a room that can sleep 5 (but was easy to get more from front desk).

I cut my leg open and had to get 10 stiches because they had a table frame on the patio that was old and rusted to split open my knee . Treated me horribly after I told them what happened

The beds were soiled when we took the sheets off and we told them about it and our sink was so overflowing that we couldn't even use it in the bathroom

Hotel is very clean, and beds were comfortable. Was easy at check in. Didnt like that no one emptied our trash in three days we were there or brought clean towels, we had to go down to desk for them.

Good location next to highway. Staff was above and beyond expectations! I asked for extra towels and they were drying and the front desk guy said if I come back he will have them ready for me and he did. Id give it a better rating if the pool was heated for amenities if the pool was heated. It was cold, but we toughed it out. The front desk said they have a heater ordered and I said I would definitely stay again when they get a new one. Food was great for breakfast. Waffles, Sausage, eggs, salsa, sour cream, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cream cheese, O.J., Coffee and tea. The only thing I could say is I wish they had water as well for breakfast even if it was a water container to put in a cup. Rooms were very clean, secure, and ice machine on the floor we stayed on. The staff was amazing and let me know about the vicinity when I had questions about it. I will definitely stay here again when they get there pool heater in. 😊

I didn't like the pool closing at 8p, when traveling for sports Event and spending all day at a basketball gym, just wanted to go back to hotel and swim but they closed pool very early.
