Room was clean. But had to keep the shower door closed with a folded towel.Door handle missing on the closet door. Good breakfast. The room had two nice Big T.V.’s. But turned one on and the second one went on too. Turned one tv off and the 2nd tv turned on. Finally got them both off. Reserved two beds on Hotel but got one King bed. Parking lot has huge holes in the black top.

Pool area was old and run down. Jets on hot tub didn’t work. Couldn’t get into the pool

Was in a convenient location. Front desk staff was helpful. Condition of hotel is poor! First room was on 2nd floor. Overwhelming smell of chlorine. Moved to 3rd floor. Was better. 2 tv’s in room and remote would turn one tv off and the second tv would turn on. Also, shower floor was pretty dirty. This hotel could be so much better with a few fixes like paint, ceiling tiles replaced, edges of walls and wallpaper repaired.

Good stay but the pillow cases had spots on them not all the pillow cases though, just two had spots on them. Other than that it was cool I’d stay agin if needed. Also would recommend the suite.

The night clerk was kinda rude, when we returned from a night down town we wanted to double check the hours of breakfast and the pool before going back to our room for the night, he acted like it was an inconvenience to answer our questions and like they were unreasonable or dumb questions.

The weekend breakfast was served late (7am), the hair dryer in my room didnt work and the bathroom vent was very dirty (room 212). The facility was clean and i felt safe.

Overall the room was ok. Rug needs some cleaning, pillow needed to be cleaned. They had a sweaty smell to them and the room was way too warm. Had to turn the heat completely off. The heating unit was also loud.
Had a fire alarm at 3 in the morning so it wasn’t a restful night. Thank goodness it wasn’t a true fire. We were able to to back to the room after about 1/2 an hour

We had to move rooms because the drain in our bathroom was clogged, and the pool was freezing for air temp, the hot tub was shut down, the fittness center had equipment that wasn't working. The A/C unit in our room they moved us to wasn't cauked around the unit so cold air was coming in causing a draft.

The room was okay. Our window was broken, but it was clean. The pool area was gross, black mold on the ceiling, obviously they struggle with moisture control. Hot tub was cloudy and then closed one of the nights we were there. The people who worked there were very nice. Place just needs some updating.
