La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seattle Sea-Tac Airport

Under construction front entrance difficult to identify. Felt unsure they were even open

No vending machines, broken elevator, area outside was full of hazards

The hotel transfer staff in the van was wonderful. Really excellent, nice friendly man. Even at a very early hour of the morning. When I checked in, no one said anything about when breakfast was and consequently we missed it on a weekday because it ended at 9:00. Well, I don't think it's unreasonable to end breakfast at 9. Had we known you would have gone down a little bit earlier. Additionally, I really wish that the staff person gave us two hotel keys instead of just one that there were two of us there in the room. We weren't always together and it was inconvenient and wasn't even offered.

Convenient to the airport hotel provided shuttle to and from.

The property was under construction. Hardly any food for the continental breakfast. Only one elevator that worked. Lights in room were blown. Shower head not adjustable for anyone over 4” tall.

Have stayed at a number of different La Quinta's and this one was not up to the standard of the rest.

Website did not say anything about construction at the hotel. We did not.know this until after the reservation was made and confirmed. The rooms were nice and what they have completed is nice. The tile floor in our room needed to be cleaned really good.

Even the property is under construction in the outside, it was well protected for guest being safe.

They are going through massive renovation. Hard to judge.

Room was not clean. Dirty towel and shower curtain still hanging in room. Staff uninterested. Listed amenities not available.

Just an average hotel near airport

Renovation, looked like a total. But rooms were clean and updated

Property was grubby. Needs a deep clean and some T L C. Bed was comfy. Slept well. Wifi was very week in room.

Breakfast was inedible and hallways which may be on a redo list were frightening. Bed was great and so was AC. Check-in seamless.

They should close the facility during construction.

Not bad but breakfast

The room was excellent! Very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no cool air coming out of the unit in our room it seemed. It only had the fan blowing. We weren't sure if that was due to the construction or a normal part of Washington since it's normally cooler in that part of the country. It did not get excessively hot in our room though, we just prefer it cooler when we sleep. The shuttle is incredibly unreliable though. We tried calling from the service phone at the airport at least 10 times with nobody answering. I called from my cell phone and someone answered right away. She told me she was sending the shuttle right away. We waited 30 minutes before calling again to get an ETA. She said she would call the driver to "make sure he didn't forget about us." He arrived about 10 minutes later. We should've walked to the hotel which would've taken 15 minutes. When we needed to head back to the airport the next morning, we came down 10 minutes prior to the shuttle departure time as instructed. The shuttle driver didn't even arrive to work until 5 minutes after the shuttle was supposed to leave. Then we had to load all the luggage and all the people waiting. The construction going on was not a problem as it happens. Hotels need to fix things and update the property. But if you're going to offer a service it needs to be accurate and on time for people who need to be somewhere at a specific time.

It was currently under renovation. Great location, easy access to dining and drinking.

Staff was super courteous. The facility was being remodeled so not at its top, however it was kept clean. The remodeling did not affect our room comfort or pleasant stay.
