We came up for the Renaissance Festival from Sierra Vista. We were all so tired from spending close to 5 hours there, we just wanted to rest. Not having to worry about a traditional hotel check in was nice and room was perfect for us.

We did not stay the there we arrived approximately at 11 PM. I did not get my room number and door passcode so about an hour later at that point I was at a different hotel already. There's people working on their cars in the parking lot at 11 o'clock at my cars are going and coming. It's not a good vibe as you know what they're doing I'm just not good with people hanging around are vehicles all night long playing music

I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs.

They had roaches and it was getting out of hand to the point they had to move me to another room. I went to the other room and there was roaches on the door before I even went in. I called the property and told them I’d be leaving and not staying for the whole two days. They told me to request the refund from the website and here is me doing so

You check in yourself online, they text the room and code. They put me in a room that was OCCUPIED! I didn’t notice at first because no one was actively in the unit, but noticed the bed was used and there was trash with items left in the bathroom. The tub was torn apart. I dropped some bags off and went back down and was then locked out. Im lucky I decided not to leave my service dog in the room just to go downstairs quickly, because they took TWO hours to get me into a different room while I’m stranded outside. Fast forward to the morning, where I asked to pay for a late checkout and they said ok, only to have the door BROKEN IN 30 mins later while I’m naked in the shower! I informed him of the late checkout, he leaves (after breaking my safety lock device I had on the door) and then comes back and DOES IT AGAIN! I was naked at the door telling him to go away and he refused, said I didn’t have a late checkout and would call the police. I filmed everything, again, NAKED. After arguing with management, I was given the late checkout and only offered 20% off for these events. The immense lack of safety here is disturbing and I will NEVER be back.

It was a one night stay, nothing special. Although I forgot a Bluetooth speaker I travel with in my room. I called the next morning and of course their staff didn’t find anything in the room as I expected. I won’t be staying there again.

Comfortable aparthotel, except it is really dirty. We arrived late so didn’t have the energy to complain but the sheets on the sofa bed had stains and dirt on it. It was evident they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The floor on the elevators was filthy. We had a relatively comfortable sleep but got out of there as soon as we could the next morning.

The room was good sized. It had all the conveniences needed for a longer term stay. My biggest complaint was the noise. We were on the end of the building next to the freeway and the traffic was loud all night.

The neighborhood was super sketchy. The property was filthy, the remote control's batteries were missing, and the furniture was in terrible shape. The door would hardly lock and looked like it had been kicked in before. There were bugs in the apartment, and the microwave made a lot of noise when it was in use.

We were excited about our two night stay here in this rental apartment...but on arrival, we were disappointed. We had no difficulty getting into the building, but it felt more like a hostel with the noise coming from other apartments and some 'interesting' odors. Then, we opened the door to our room and were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke...as if someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes and left just before we arrived. We opened the windows to try to air it out with no success. Then, we found that someone had used the toilet and not flushed it...and the kitchen sink still had food standing in the drain. We called the customer service number provided and told her of situation. We were advised there were no other rooms available to move to. We decided to go ahead and get a nights rest. We left the windows partially open, and turned on the ventilation fans, despite the loud traffic noise all night. Unfortunately, the odor was so bad we barely got any rest as we were constantly sneezing or blowing our noses all night long. The next morning I went to desk and advised we were leaving early and wanted a refund for our unused night...she advised I had to go through hotels.com for refund. I immediately contacted hotels.com and was advised they would get authorization from manager on Monday for refund. It is now almost 30 days later and still no refund. Will never stay here again!!

The room was a comfortable size, but the AC doesn’t work. We were not able to get it to turn on. Went to the front office but no one was there, the office was closed after 5pm. No luck with trying to find help. This hotel is in Tempe, AZ, so the temperature was 97 degrees Fahrenheit. Not pleasant!

This apartment is old and our room is about 10 feet from a very busy road. We will have to listen to loud traffic all night. The pool is about as big as a bathtub and dirty. The shower head pointed into the bathroom and because the shower curtain was a foot too short, the bathroom would get flooded. We saw a cockroach run across the floor in the bathroom and had a daddy long legs spider inside a towel. Right in front of the outside main entrance I slipped in fresh dog poop. They do allow dogs but unfortunately some of those dogs bark incessantly. The walls are thin so you can hear everything and everone next door or in the hallway. We found the bed to be quite comfortabke , however the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Although the staff are not always around, those we did mert were very friendly.

My experience was not good at all! I paid for my stay on Expedia, after Kristie found my reservation, she continued to book a new one! She was able to credit my account, nonetheless. her mistake caused a major inconvenience. We had limited hot water in our room and was informed that was due to outdating plumbing. After, speaking with Kristie, she was again apologetic and promised to refund at least $160, as that was the maximum she was allowed. I have not received any deposits nor has Kristie, responded to my emails or calls! I would highly recommend you bypass this place on a basic level theirs is limited hot water and possibly a dirty room waiting for you. ( And to boot our trash can had not been empty and there was no coffee pot in the room!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The bedsheets were dirty, the door to the bathroom didn’t lock, and there’s no one to attend because there is no front office; you have to check yourself in and check yourself out, but they still charge like they have a front desk person whom they need to pay the website to get the code, and the room number was not working correctly and was a hassle, and to fix it, you have to call their help number, which was nothing but an inconvenience. There are way better hotels for the same amount of money you’ll pay here.
