This is the 5th time I’ve stayed at this property - I stay here for a night while driving from DC to Detroit. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is fine (coffee, juice, waffles, cereal, fruit, bagels w/cream cheese etc). I’m very happy with this hotel. Thank you

We stay one night with our children while traveling through. My son left behind his beloved blanket and not only did they locate it, they promptly mailed it to our home. What a life saver! Beside that, the hotel was clean, located in a nice area, the front desk was very pleasant, and the continental breakfast was presented nicely. Great customer service…definitely stay here!

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The only areas I can see for improvement are 1. The rooms could use more lighting. 2. The outlets were worn where the plugs would jiggle loose. 3. The bath tubs could stand some anti-slip treatment, yet still not excessively slippery.

Clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice fluffy towels. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Several nearby restaurants and stores, but the location of the hotel is quiet. The only area that needs improvement is breakfast. Lots of carbs - bagels, cereal, toast, waffles, on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday they added biscuits and gravy and blueberry muffins. The waffle batter was so watered down the waffles were terrible.
We didn’t have our dog on this trip, however they do allow pets for a $50 fee.
I would stay here again -just wish they would improve the breakfast so we didn’t have to go somewhere else to eat.

I have stayed four times, and I’m a fan. I usually stay at hotels with high ratings (both reviews and the 5 star hotel rating system), and although this place is simple and there are very small things that may bother some (stained grout, for instance), this hotel is clean and very quiet. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast options are simple but adequate to get the day started. Beds are comfortable, and the shower water is always hot. Recommend!

This was a last second booking. Employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with restaurant options in the area.
Only thing I would suggest is better more thorough room cleaning, especially in the bathroom. Lots of missed areas.

It was less traffic and stress of staying in downtown Pittsburgh. The hotel was very nice, clean and accommodating. We had the kitchenette which was a spaviois area with couch and desk. Didn't have to sit on the bed. Friendly staff

Although i did not interact with staff very much, the times i did, they were courteous, helpful, and kind. I did not use housekeeping services while i was there, but they were on the floor everyday that i was there. The bed was comfortable and the floor was quiet. I would stay here again.
