Norma Dan Motel - Near Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction

The coffee pot didn't work, and the water pressure needs a boost, but everything else was great! The staff couldn't have been nicer!

This is the best hotel in Pigeon Forge. Super nice staff, very clean rooms and just a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Will definitely stay again..

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming place to stay that captures the classic charm of Pigeon Forge, look no further. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, always ready with a suggestion for a local attraction or a cheerful "hello." Our room was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious. The beds were comfortable (a bit too soft for my hubby) but felt great after a long day of exploring. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a mini-fridge and microwave. What truly sets the Norma Dan apart is the feeling of genuine care you experience. It's clear that the owners and staff take pride in their motel and go the extra mile to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay. It felt like stepping back into a time when hospitality was truly personal. My son loved both the indoor and outdoor pools and the geese and ducks towards the back of the property. Will definitely stay again on our next trip. 5/5 stars!
