Never got my deposit back after leaving the room perfectly

the room I was given was too close to the road. the airport had a busy night. I was tied need sleep not a good night. the internet did not work, or I could not get it to work.

When I checked in, they told me that there was an additional charge of $20 which I was supposed to be told about but wasn't.On the final bill the charge was removed, but after checking my bank account I found that they still charged me. I'm hoping to get this money back soon. When I entered my room, there was not much in it. A bed, a desk/phone, a little dresser with a maybe 20" screen for a TV. I don't expect luxury for the price I paid, but at least a little refrigerator and microwave to heat up food would have been nice. But that was not the case here. Cheap is everything I guess. The A/C unit was constantly running and so loud, that relaxing was impossible. The smoke detector was loose, the cover for the light in the walk-in closed was missing, there was light coming through the entry door because it didn't close right. The complimentary wi-fi was spotty - and that's pushing it. The bathroom smelled like weed, and on top of everything when I had to use it during the night there were cockroaches running around. Even though we're in Florida, THAT is unacceptable.The I've staid in several hotels over the years, and even the cheapest motel 6 has better amenities than this one. I checked out early because I couldn't sleep after that experience. At checkout I asked for a copy of the documents I had signed the day before and was told they were not available. Sorry guys, but this is only 1 star - at best.

The reviews and online pictures of this property are not accurate at all. This motel is a roach motel at best. Our room had a bed, roaches craweling on the floor. I did not sleep under the covers of the bed. Affraid of the shower. Very sketchy place. At least the air conditioner worked. That is the positive about this motel.

Horrible room and customer service. The television was broken. Only one channel came in. The room had a strange odor. I saw roaches.

It did not have cable TV. Internet was good.

So bad and over priced... the room was dirty, i woke up with ants at my door

My husband and I decided not to stay at this motel for the night we needed to. Motel looks unsafe and room very poor looking. Weird people wondering around. Definitely not a good place to rest for a night or more!

The worst place I ever slept in. Luckily it was just for one night because I missed the flight connection. Sooo dirty, like everything toilet, shower, towels, floors, table cloth, bed covers and linens, old and chipped paint on the walls. Tv not working, no batteries in the AC remote, a bad old smell overall

I have not stayed in a more outdated place. Less than a Motel6. We left moments after arriving at midnight to find a cleaner more updated place for just 40$ more. I’d never pay over 40$ to stay there

I like that the property has a low return despite. Wish their TV service was a little better there is not a good feed for the TV. Really enjoy the restaurants in the area. Gas station across street

Everything is outdated. It needs repairing . Towels were extremely small. WiFi barely worked.. the entire place needs updating. But I guess you get what you pay for. It’s okay for spending a few hours before catching a flight or a cruise
