Amazing staff, friendly and accommodating, always had a smile, even remembered My birthday with a lovely oteans cake. Room as spacious, beds were firm and pillows soft or firm, your choice. While hotel was clwan but not anticeptic, made you feel at home. Highly recommended

Lots of construction adjacent to the property. A little off the road. Otherwise good stay. Also, there was an unexpected $10 parking fee. I would recommend adding the included breakfast, they have a great spread.

Excelente hotel, gran servicio, habitaciones amplias, cómodas, colchón, almohadas y sábanas de primera. Se paga un adicional por el parqueadero. Cerca de Disney Springs, supermercados y restaurantes, zona tranquila, se duerme sin ruido.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the Pestana Orlando Suites. The front desk was helpful and polite, and the hotel and room were super clean. Out of the three days we stayed here, we had breakfast once, and it was good.

Our room was cool, clean, and comfy. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the theme parks which was nice. And the distance from the hotel to restaurants and shopping centers was a plus also. We enjoyed our stay and I would have given 5 stars across the board however, when our towels and rags were replaced, they only left enough for two guests when we booked for four. We were lucky that we had packed a few of our own to bring along as we generally do for moments such as these which is why we didn’t make a big deal about it. It may be helpful for the cleaning crew to know how many occupants are in a room so that things like the number of towel sets will be correct.
