Quality Inn & Suites at Airport Blvd I-65

Location is good. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Room and washroom were clean.

My towels were dirty, the pool was not open, and the area was sketchy. However, the hotel looked newly renovated and the breakfast was decent.

Friendly, helpful staff and smooth check-in. Fairly bare-bones lobby and rooms, but very clean and my bed was SO comfortable. I do wish the lighting was warmer and not so harsh (I’m sensitive) and it would have been great to have streaming capabilities on the TV, but I imagine that’s a note for corporate. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Had an unpleasant odor in the room. A/C worked good but got too cold turned on heater briefly and smoke alarm went off. My smallest closet is bigger than the bathroom. Cheap stay for one nihhy but won't be going back.

For the price, I had a very nice stay. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is on breakfast. There were only waffles, bread and yogurt. No fruit, bagels, pastries or protein.

Everything was good

Location was good. Hotel lobby was nice. The breakfast didn’t have any protein available, it was all high carb food. You can tell they are still updating the property. The pool didn’t have a fence around it yet. There was construction debris laying around the pool area. The curtain sheets had holes in them. All in all a good spot with lots of potential.

The room and lobby/hallways smelled overwhelmingly strong of a horrible air freshener. I’m not sure what they were trying to cover up. The room did seem to be clean but there was hair on all surfaces (the same hair so I assume it was the cleaning person because it was on top of made beds and cleaned sinks/tubs/counters). The room layout was the most inconvenient I’ve ever experienced. Opening the bathroom door blocked access to the sink, the fridge was around a corner from the sink. The walls were so thin the neighbors kept us up and then woke us up! Slamming doors, yelling in the halls… multiple requests for the front desk to intervene did nothing to solve the problem (the noise went on for many hours). Both luggage carts were barely functional. Small things like the towel hook in the bathroom was nearly broken and the fridge door would barely close were just an irritation that put us over the top. I will not be staying here again. It was not worth the price we paid.

I just like the overall experience
