Nice facility. However, the toilet was broken and would not flush. When I told the clerk at the front desk he said sorry. He would try to get it fixed but never did. We made it work. Room was really nice otherwise.

Vey quiet room. Large soft bed. Very comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Very quick, easy check in. I did not like staff cleaning breakfast area while i ate.

Front desk gave us a hassle for asking for more bath towels. No bedding for pull out sofa bed was in room so had to go to front desk and as for that as well (no extra pillows either.) Pool lights were off until after 9pm. Hot tub is gone as well.

Everything was great. Very clean, Friendly staff and good breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the huge TV and great water pressure for showers. The only suggestion I would have is to get automatic doors for when entering the hotel with luggage. The doors are very heavy and I saw people including myself struggling with trying to hold the door open and pulling in their luggage. Very grateful for the elevator.😁

The pool was not heated or the heater was not on. The paint was peeling in the pool area. There was a bucket catching water in the hallway by the pool. We stayed here two (2) nights and the first night the television would not work, they said they would replace it the next day, we had to call when we got back the next day to get them to change it. First night there, about midnight people were running around on our floor knocking on doors. I could not understand why they have a good rating on hotels.com
