We should be warned about the garage space and smell. Not to mention the stairwell. The rug needs replaced and a little more care wiping down common areas (light switches, door knobs and the table). The smell in the lobby is overpowering also.

I killed 3 young roaches in room
The hotel ran out of clean towels etc. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the roaches. I was only given a 15 % refund on the room

The beds were not very comfortable at all. The room was okay but didn’t think it was worth what we paid to stay there for the night. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Our stay was decent but there was a strong smell in the room which we were not sure where its coming from- good thing I have a freshener spray that I used so we can survive overnight. Otherwise the staff and the rest of their amenities were good.

When we arrived, the whole hotel smelled terrible. We got to the room and the door lock was taped so it wouldn’t lock! We removed the tape and were then able to lock the door. The bathroom doesn’t have a wall, just shower curtain. So the person in the bed can watch you use the toilet.
The remote control was in the made bed! So either the maids left it there or the sheets weren’t washed. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever been to!

Trashy hotel, terrible towel service, NO cleaning services for our room, and clogged sink in bathroom. Called and walked to front desk and couldn’t get anyone to even come to the room once during two night stay.

The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke, though it was a non-smoking room. We requested a second room, and though the front desk staff member was very kind, the second room smelled like pet food and there was kibble on the floor. We wore shoes everywhere in the room. There were two towels, no tissues, and torn/dingy bedcovers, though the sheets appeared clean. We were extremely tired and stayed, but it was not a comfortable experience.

It’s was terrible we got moved to three different rooms. The first one they put us in a nonsmoking room that reeked of smoke. Then around 11 PM the bathroom ceiling started leaking a lot of water and we were moved again.

Room was disgusting and very dirty. During the night there was 2 mice in our room going through the garbage bags. My children were very scared and couldn’t sleep! At check out the man behind the counter wouldn’t give me customer service number but then said he would credit me back 50% off the room. I still have not received such credit!

The free breakfast was crowded and chaotic with people that seemed to be “regulars” and the eggs were gone, no syrup for waffle maker and oj was watery. Large waste container was full and exposed. The property is showing its age.
