the room needed to be cleaned more frequently and seemed that it hadn't been in a while there was tons of dust and i had found a dirty hair brush as well as a bottle full of soda near the beds so not sure the room was really cleaned much before we entered it.

The property is in a nice surrounding area. What I didn't like about your staff was one certain employee of yours he was so rude everyone else very nice and helpful but this certain employee was rude and not helpful at all and with an attitude I wish I would have gotten his name but let me tell you when I checked in on Wednesday morning on August 20th he was working your front desk so I'm pretty sure by you guys looking into your schedule will know who I am talking about. Other than that, our stay was nice. One suggestion for breakfast maybe change it around a bit. Have more different fruits.

Front desk help was great. Check in was seamless. Get to the room, toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance guy came to the room, told my spouse, “I just clocked out” then handed him a plunger. My husband tried to explain that the toilet wouldn’t drain. The maintenance guy said he would see if there’s another room for us to move to. We waited about 15 minutes before my husband went to the front desk himself. Spoke to the front desk person. She was not informed by the maintenance guy of the room issue. She promptly assisted with getting us in another room. Aside from that, you could see grime buildup under the rim of the toilet. The ice bucket had mold in it and there were sunflower seeds on the floor of the room. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and will not be staying at this Quality Inn again.

The hotel itself is just okay. We arrived at around 5 PM and waited approx15 mins for the person on the phone in the back behind the desk to appear. They don’t clean rooms every day, Asked for clean towels and were told to come back bc they didn’t have any at the time. Just so-so. Wouldn’t go back.
